This is an excellent place! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It’s conveniently located near two metro stations, bus stops, shopping malls, grocery stores, and more. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We had a good stay for 2 days with our 4 year old before going on to the coast. If you have kids younger than 4 the spiral staircase on the top floor might be stressful. The house was very clean, has been really thoughtfully renovated and is on a buzzy street with restaurants and cafes (we got takeaway lahmucan from Forno opposite one night). Erkan stood out as a helpful and responsive host.

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cozy place with two terraces! The views are amazing- Panoramic skyline of the city and Galata tower. It’s a walk up in an older building, so be mindful about carrying luggage. The host was super friendly and helped us to bring ours up. Thank you! Location is perfect- walking distance to many attractions, ferry and tram stations.

L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale, molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. ll check in è stato estremamente semplice e l'host sempre pronto a rispondere ai nostri messaggi e a fornire informazioni. Abbiamo chiesto di poterci fermare un'ora in più per non arrivare troppo presto in aeroporto e ci è stato concesso. L'host ci ha anche organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto con una macchina con autista. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Sinan и его отец Махмуд аби очень хорошие отзивчивые люди .Они нам помогли с ранним заселением так как наш самолет прилетел рано утром .Махмуд аби нас лично встретил все обяснил .Квартира светлая чистая просторная точно как на фотографии даже лучше.Все продумано до мелочей нам было очень камфортно с 2 мя детми .Махмуд аби быстро отвечал на все вопросы .Расположение квартиры отличное близко ко всем достопремечательностям .Мы отлично провели время .Спасибо хозяевам Мы очень доволны .

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.
