Li-Ann's space exceeded our expectations. We stayed here during the week of our wedding and were so happy to have such a minimal, well-lit, clean and spacious apartment to relax in to get away from the stress. There is plenty of space to stretch out and have your own personal space. It's close to plenty of coffee shops, train stops, grocery stores and bodegas, and scenic Brooklyn brownstones. This is our second time staying at Li-Ann's place and it's wonderful! Cannot recommend it highly enough for a visit to NYC. It's bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic neighborhood that's close to everything. Can't wait to stay again!

I visit NYC for work about once a quarter and have stayed in a dozen Airbnbs across the city, and Li-Ann's was far and away the best one I've found. The location is ideal, it's beautifully furnished and decorated, sparkling clean, and plenty of room for two people. I really appreciated what a thoughtful and responsive host Li-Ann was, and how quick and easy the check-in and check-out process was. I hope to stay again next visit, because no other place in NYC will stack up!

Li-Ann's home was great. Perfectly appointed, nice space and great location. She left great tips for the neighborhood, and was extremely responsive. I will stay there again and encourage anyone who wants to stay in the Fort Green, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy areas to stay there. It's super convenient to all and a great space.

Light, bright, clean, comfortable, and quiet during our long weekend stay with four adults. Living area is aesthetically pleasing in design with ample seating to chat, listen to music, or watch television. Nice dining table adjacent to kitchen if eating in. Floor plan worked well for us and was spacious by NYC standards. As noted, a stale cigarette odor permeates the stairwell and kitchen but Li-Ann has thoughtfully provided an essential oil diffuser for those with sensitivities.

We loved Li-Ann's apartment. We were very comfortable there - my husband and I in one bedroom and our 2 daughters in the other. It was perfectly located and we ate dinner at The Finch and Locanda Vini & Olii and Speedy Romeo and loved them all. Meckelberg's is open late so you can buy gourmet stuff until 2 am. Bedford- Stuyvesant is my favorite area of Brooklyn now. It reminded me of the East Village 25 years ago; still gentrifying but not too far gone. We will definitely stay here again in the…Leer más

Overall a very nice & cozy place to stay, with a great shower, mod kitchen, comfy bed and all the necessities we needed...with a lovely style. We were very comfortable. A big thanks to Li-Ann for the seamless stay, and always prompt replies.
