perfect location for our Chicago visit. Had a question about checkin and later checkout. He responded to my questions quickly. Brad was very helpful.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It was in a great peaceful area, amazing for walks. Easy walk to the lake as well. The bed as amazingly comfortable!!! Truly made our celebration all that we hoped it would be. Brad was an amazing host. We’ll definitely be booking with him again as well as referring this place to our loved ones.

The place is decent. It’s very bare bones. Bring coffee filters and your own coffee grounds if you don’t want hotel grade coffee. There is nothing extra here. Getting in is complex but just read all the directions. We did run into one gigantic problem and that is the parking. In Brad‘s description he mentioned using spot hero, which we did but it took us to the lot right next to the spot here a lot, causing us to get towed costing us money and an hour and a half chasing down our cardefinitely not the way we wanted to end the trip
