Value: 8.5-9 out of 10; by far the best value for finding 3-4 beds in an Airbnb

Location: 8/10; nothing to do around it but situated closely to everything. 7 min to midtown, 7 mins to great coffee shops, Hattie B, Tesla supercharger, car wash, etc

Parking: 10/10; originally this was a big concern but it was perfect. Parking directly behind unit, mere feet from the door. No concerns at all

Communication: 10/10; very proactive messaging throughout. Easy to get a hold of Airbnb management company. Only minor issue was getting door code initial time, but besides that minor issue which was resolved quickly, no issues

Interior: exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, good shower pressure; didn’t use kitchen so N/A on that

Neighborhood: slightly rough around the edges but nothing too concerning and overall safe . We had zero issues. There’s absolutely nothing to do within walking distance, but as long as you’re ubering, it’s fine.
