The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Great get away for two in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. Close to town, waterfalls, hiking and scenic views. Located in Franklin, NC and about an hours drive to Asheville, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Clayton, GA! This unit is one of two available spaces attached to our home with private entrance, bed and bathroom. Easy access off state maintained paved road without sacrificing beautiful mountain views!
