The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Huset ligger i Uppsala Näs, Vreta Västra, 13 km sydväst om Centrala Uppsala, & granne till Hammarskogs Naturreservat. Bussförbindelse finns (107an) ca 30 min till Uppsala C, ca 40 min med cykel. Fullt utrustat kök & våtrum. (ej tvättmaskin, men kan ordnas enligt överenskommelse) Separat mat-arbets- sovrum. Normalt hyrs boendet ut till max 2 pers. För vistelse/boende längre tid kan särskild överenskommelse avs. månadshyra & driftkostnader göras. Huset kan då hyras ut med plats för 3 pers.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

I hjärtat av byn Brunnsta hittar du detta fridfulla och lugna boende. Här bor du lantligt men ändå nära till omkringliggande städer som Stockholm och Uppsala och Arlanda flygplats. Det finns kommunikationer med buss 1 km från boendet och fjärrtåg och pendeltåg 8 km från boendet. Boendet är främst för 2 personer men en extrasäng går att ställa in. Mot en kostnad av 200 kr/natt kan även närliggande stuga på tomten nyttjas för sovplats för ytterligare en person.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid sjön. Hit kommer du för att njuta av naturen och ta det lugnt. Njut av ett morgon eller kvällsdopp från egen brygga och ta en tur på sjön eller ta en promenad i skogen precis utanför dörren. Nära finner du friluftsområdet Fjällnora och om du önskar att komma in till stan är det cirka 20 minuter in till Sveriges fjärde största stad där du finner allt utbud av restauranger och shopping du kan tänka dig.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
