Renta de casas adosadas vacacionales en Upper Bavaria

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wirklich schnuckelig und Kati und Stephan sind super freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir sind uns nicht in die Quere gekommen bei Nutzung von Bad oder Küche. Es gibt auch eine zweite Toilette, was ich ganz praktisch finde. Und durch die Schlüsselbox waren wir flexibel in unserer Tagesplanung . Wir haben uns sehr über den Aufenthalt gefreut und würden uns wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden.

The house is very near the subway U5 so it is very convenient. Christel was well responsive and gave clear instruction. The house is in the resident area so it is quiet and I had a good sleep during my short stay here.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis pour notre court séjour à Munich. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Le logement est facile d'accès, agréable et impeccable. Je recommande vivement !

Es war für uns der beste Aufenthalt, den wir bisher über Airbnb hatten. Carol ist sehr nett. Ihre Tochter Petra wohnt direkt nebenan und ist die Nachbarin, die sich jeder wünscht. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zur Amper und könnten dort im Fluss schwimmen. Wir wurden mit aktuellen Infos versorgt (Was ist Wo los?). Petra und ihr Mann sind so freundliche Menschen! Es war toll!

Wir haben dort einen Familienurlaub mit 2 Kinder, Oma und Tante verbracht. Dafür war die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Sonja und ihre Familie sind sehr sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir hatten ein problemloses Check-in in dem schönen Ferienhaus, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir konnten alles finden, hatten nette Informationen über die Gegend vorliegen und daher war es alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Had a very nice stay at Christian's place. The room and bathroom were as described and Christian offered his bike for me to do what I was up to. Very nice and calm neighborhood. By bike, it took me 15min to get to Messe München and 50min to get to Marienplatz. To Messe München you can also do a 1h plan walk through a beautiful green landscape (old München airport terrains). If I'm back alone in Munich for Bauma 2028, I will definetly looks again for Christian's place!

Sehr nette geräumige Wohnung. Großer Parkplatz. Nich weit in die Stadt. wir waren sehr gerne da. Jeder Zeit wieder!! Danke

Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin war sehr unkompliziert. Kerstin war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, selbst bei unserer mitternächtlichen Anreise.

Schöner geräumiger Dachgeschossbereich für einen alleine, mit eigenem großen Balkon und freundlichen Hausbewohnern :-)

Coin très tranquille, 25 minutes en trottinette ou en vélo de la vieille ville. Le logement est très bien, même s’il est partagé avec l’hôte, l’intimité s’y retrouve

An incredibly cute house in a cute neighborhood surrounded by nice parks and a super convenient U bahn station just steps from the house. Martina and Frank and the neighbors Kati and Stephen who also help out if needed, were all so helpful and communicative with everything. The photos don’t show the nice covered patio and outdoor seating area.

Ich war das erste Mal in einem Airbnb und anfangs etwas nervös. Doch June hat mich sofort willkommen geheißen und mir das Gefühl gegeben, zuhause zu sein. Meine Nervosität war direkt verflogen. Die Kommunikation war durchweg einwandfrei – sie war jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin.

Schöne Wohnung, vor allem für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Spielzeug vorhanden, das ist immer toll :)

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in Munich at Stefanie's place. She was very responsive, met us upon arrival with a friendly greeting and gave us such great advice and recommendations. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. It is VERY easy to get into the city and the area was nice an quiet for a great nights sleep. If you are considering a trip to Munich and have a group that needs to spread out a little definitely book Stefanie's place.

Bernard was very helpful. As I had arrived 6:30 in the morning and after breakfast, he help us to check in earlier. He explained in personal for check in and show us all amenities. We are attending BAU exhibition will definitely come back for this decent place. Highly recommended!

Hun er en super god vært. Hun hjalp med taxi og lignende. Dejligt stille kvarter, så kunne godt komme tilbage en anden god gang.

Beste Airbnb! Eine ruhige Lage, besonders schöne Unterkunft und sehr leicht erreichbar. Karin ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es nur empfehlen wenn man mit der Familie Augsburg besuchen will. Vielen Dank Karin.

Duc and his family have been perfect hosts for our group, very friendly and kind! The house was beautiful, modern and fully equipped: as Italian we appreciated a lot the fantastic coffee machine.
