My stay at Nicole’s property was amazing! I highly recommend her property! Nicole has been helpful since day one with recommendations and accommodations. Which made me feel comfortable. This was my first time in an Airbnb and also my first time in Puerto Rico .I couldn’t have asked for a better host. She made sure my stay was very comfortable. Nicole’s property is very clean. The pictures are exact the place is so cozy, I felt safe in the building. I love the close access to the beach. I would definitely book with Nicole again..thank you for everything

Overall a very enjoyable stay, for a party of three. It's a light filled, renovated apartment on the top floor of a building still undergoing renovations. The style is well curated modern, and the neighborhood will appeal to you if you're ok with a little roughness(defined here as some buildings more derelict than others, the next door space occupied by a few pigeons, roosters on the street, etc.-which can define Santurce as well as San Juan!). Always quiet & felt safe, essentially a 10 minute walk to beach, good food, a supermarket, and a truly special (seriously so) restaurant on end of block named Manzana De Java. Other highlights include having access to the main hotel Dreamcatcher's tours, which for us was the incredible El Yunque rainforest/waterfall trip with guide Sam. It's also worth noting the hyperresponsiveness of the Dreamcatcher team when things go awry.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Super cute space with a nice kitchen with all the utensils and glassware you could need + a brita filter. We loved that we were within walking distance of the beach and cute breakfast spots. The hosts were so accommodating and arranged a luggage drop off for us when we arrived in San Juan ahead of check in so that we could spend the morning at the beach. Overall a great time!

zaida was an amazing host! we were just there and all of PR lost power for 48 hours. she made sure we had all that we needed, and gave us a credit even though it certainly wasnt her fault. we loved the apartment and location. You can walk to anything and the pharmacy was right across the street that had anything you needed!

10/10 The pictures don’t do it justice and for the price you just can’t beat it. It was close to anything you may need, and traffic and parking in the area are ideal. Gorgeous views, and a very nice and clean pool. The space was SO clean and a very spacious size for two. There’s a beach very close by and Russell gave us all the details. Check in and out we’re great and informational.

Everything about this condo was perfect for my trip, loved the location. Gated community, extremely quiet and peaceful. Laundry facility on site. The host and his manager was extremely nice and easy to work with. Definitely staying here again whenever I’m in town!

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Russell is just a wonderful host. The cab driver had difficulty locating the place and I told the driver I will call the host for direction. Russell answered right away and directed us to the unit. I explained to the host we are early because we wanted to know exactly where the property was located, we will go and have lunch and return to check-in later in the afternoon. To my amazement, Russell said, "you are here now, go ahead and check-in, the unit is ready". The Russell was very friendly and accommodating which made us feel at home. Our need and requests were immediately addressed. Our stay was truly wonderful. “A Home Away From Home”. Russell, thank you. We definitely will stay at your location again.
