Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — truly a 5-star service experience. Thank you, Khalfan!

Maison très agréable avec emplacement extérieur très pratique pour apéritif et déjeuners. Piscine commune très agréable à proximité, centre commercial à 10mn à pieds. This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! The host was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly made my visit to Abu Dhabi memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

Great location and perfect home for a family to stay for holidays

Amazing and clean very comfy

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!
