Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — truly a 5-star service experience. Thank you, Khalfan!

The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

Great place to spend a nice vacation with the whole family. Very private, with an amazing pool and easy access to the beach. Spacious room, clean, fully equipped, which made us feel like home. 5 Stars - Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We had an incredible 6 week stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Emaar South. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we could have possibly needed. The large garden and the big pool were a highlight—both ourselves and our two children absolutely loved spending time outdoors and swimming every day. The garden really is breathtaking, I looked at many villas, this was by far the best option. The host was exceptional—extremely attentive, thoughtful, and responsive. You can tell there’s a real attention to detail in how everything is set up and maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and that we truly appreciated. Wesam had purchased some food shopping ready for our arrival, a very kind gesture appreciated by a mother of two exhausted children. It really felt like a home away from home.
