Très bel appartement au bord du lagon qui est accessible depuis le balcon. Nous pouvons y nager, profondeur maximum environ 1m40 en moyenne. Le logement est bien situé dans une belle résidence. PS : pas mal de moustiques, c’était pas évident avec un bébé Merci à Geofrey pour son accueil et professionnalisme

I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing with just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the cozy furnishings, the space, and the accessibility to the beach. Our host was really responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay to fix things if something needed attention to. Whether you’re in Dubai for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is a gem. The apartment and the building are great. The location is very convenient as well. At the beginning it was not clean enough to my opinion, but the day after he send someone to clean it, so everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He dropped us to the Yas Mall because he was also leaving for Dubai at that time. Thank you, man, Hasan. May you and your family have a healthy and happy life. Skyline Security ist das beste Apartment, das ich je über Airbnb gebucht habe! Das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Es ist einfach unglaublich – man fühlt sich mitten im Leben von Downtown Dubai. Auch die anderen Gäste sind alle sehr gehoben, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und hatten einen reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz – sehr praktisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Team hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert. Etwas Baulärm auf dem Balkon gab es, aber das ist völlig normal, da in Downtown Dubai überall noch gebaut wird. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Die Gegend ist toll und man kommt mit dem Taxi schnell an jeden Ort in der Stadt. Direkt über die Strasse hat es eine kleine Mall wo man alles findet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir werden das nächste Mal gerne wieder hier übernachten.
