Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats, pigs and chickens. Stop by our farm store and u-pick flower garden.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress. Our place is in queit neighborhood and we need to keep it like that. We also have corft state park 5 minutes from our house where you can go kayaking. NO ALCOHOLIC PARTING TOLERATED OR DRUGS
