Grab a bite to eat at Rhett’s Seafood Restaurant 2 miles from the house. Enjoy playing poker and have a great vacation get-away at our spacious newly-renovated home! We have 3 king size beds and 3 bunk beds to comfortably host 12 guests. There’s plenty of parking so bring your friends and park your boats here!

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

Our home offers 2 bedroom (queen beds), convertible chair that makes into a twin, and oversized couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Full size kitchen with all the kitchen essentials! 1.5 bathrooms. Screened in back patio & open back patio. Pet friendly with pre approval required, $100 pet deposit per pet. Pet deposit is refundable as long as no damages incurred during guest stay.
