Great house for our weekend trip to the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was nice and clean with easy access to the docks.

The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 adult children, 2 spouses, and 4 grandchildren ages 4-10. Multiple levels provided privacy with separate kid and adult space. Loved the pantry for storage so counter space available to use. I was worried but 4 adults could work in kitchen. Property management very responsive and accommodating. Parking tight, but we managed 2 large and 1 medium sized SUV in driveway. Be prepared for steps and hauling to dock. Water great, easy to swim, kayak, and iSUP in cove.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for what we needed and the dock and lake were amazing! We spent most of our time on the dock swimming and hanging out in the water and the location was amazing.

More than enough space, 3 bathrooms was a game changer for me - all were exceptionally clean and functional. Im told the couches were very comfortable despite the fact there were more than enough actual beds for my group 🤦‍♂️😆. No issues to speak of, top notch all around. Thank you!

Our stay at Deer Haven was extremely enjoyable. The house’s location was very convenient in the great Deerfield Resort, and was in close proximity to the amenities the resort offers (golf course, basketball/tennis courts, etc). While it isn’t the most updated house on the lake, the classic lodge design makes the house feel very comfortable and home-y. Additionally, the pictures really don’t do it justice, as the house was plenty big enough for our large group. The screen porch and large dock were especially nice! Overall, would definitely recommend.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its location. Situated right on the waterfront, guests are treated to breathtaking views of the lake. Whether you're savoring a morning drink on the spacious deck or enjoying fishing or readying off the dock, the beauty of the surroundings is simply unmatched. We had everything we needed at the house. We will definitely stay again!

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

I stayed here for a little over five weeks and it was perfect. Walkable, clean, easy to find, great instructions for check-in and impeccable communication. There were a lot of convenient things in the condo I hadn’t even thought to bring/buy myself like a first aid kit, coffee and creamer for the Keurig, fabric steamer, detergent if you need to do laundry, and power strips to charge all your devices at once. Whether you are staying short term for perhaps a game on campus or longer term like I was you’ll have everything you need. If I sit and really try to pick over something to critique, I honestly cannot think of anything. I had a great time and if I had the chance to book this spot again for my next trip to Knoxville, I would do so without hesitation.

Mike was an amazing host! He was able to get me an early check in which helped me out a lot. Per his recommendation we checked out Market Square. Which is a must if you stay here. There are so many shops and restaurants! We ate at Tupelo Honey for dinner, Ruby Sunshine for brunch, and before we left I had to stop at Coffee and Chocolate. The staff at all places were very friendly! Mike thank you again for a wonderful stay. I will for sure be returning! :) :) :)

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 4). The Condo was really nice and fit our family's needs. Beautiful location and views, the decks were great to sit and relax on. The screened-in porch came in really handy at night time to sit and chat or play games. The kids enjoyed going to the pool before and after boating. The condo had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this place to everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.

Everything was very nice and as advertised

This little gem is a great stay! The pictures show there is carpet and bunk beds which is not what was in our unit- instead it was laminate floors. Very nice but if you want bunk beds or carpet, this unit does not have that. The location is amazing. Such a quiet part of Norris. We had the entire lake to ourselves and had such a great time at the pool. This condo area is clean and updated and feels upscale. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

Would absolutely recommend staying here! The perfect location for Neyland Stadium, Thompson Bowling or Downtown Knoxville - all very easily walkable. We had a great time and the space exceeded our expectations! Also not having to park on the street was a huge plus.
