Complejo de nueva construcción, céntrico, muy cerca de la playa, equipado y limpio. El personal del Brezeer siempre atento, amable, servicial y muy profesional. Un plus; su servicio gratuito de bicicletas. Totalmente recomendable para cualquier tipo de persona. Nota general 10 sobre 10. Ha sido un placer. Hasta siempre Nico. ;)

Stare al Breeze Residence per noi è stata molto piú di una semplice vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Alessandro che pur essendo in tarda serata, ha subito provveduto ad ordinarci delle pizze e accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Durante il nostro soggiorno tutto è stato perfetto! Le camera sono magnifiche e super pulite! la location è da sogno e a due passi da una delle piú belle spiagge dell'isola, inoltre gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con cucina e frigo quindi volendo si può cucinare ( c'è un supermercato ben fornito a 5 minuti), per chi invece volesse mangiare al ristorante ce ne sono moltissimi raggiungibili a piedi anche di sera . Ma quello che ha reso il tutto indimenticabile è stata la cortesia, la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari, Nicola è una persona speciale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha organizzato delle escrusioni mozzafiato ( altamente consigliate) e aiutato con il noleggio di uno scooter. Stare al Breeze è un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti almeno una volta nella vita, noi stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno :)

This is a fantastic little gem, that is in a quite and secure area just minutes walk to the beach; just perfect for relaxation. The apartment was spacious and clean, with rustic Zanzibari touches. Great place to stay if you want to venture out and also experience the local Zanzibar culture. This was my first Airbnb stay and it more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

Elsa was a great and responsive host and the team at Amariah were welcoming and helpful. A quite oasis in the thriving mikocheni neighborhood. Plenty of shops close by for all your needs, 20 minutes by walk to large shopping plaza. 10–15 minutes to the masaki peninsula and all its activities.

Right next to the markets, so very busy but quite lovely.

Good place to stay, easy access to other areas in town.

I will always stay at this place whenever I am spending days in Dar Es Salaam. It proves to be most suitable for all my needs.

Our stay at Fatma’s place was amazing! We were a big group so it was enough space for us and even more. The photos do not do it justice at all. It looks almost unreal, it was spacious, modern, clean and in a very good location being 10-15mins away from the good spots. Communication with Fatma was also amazing she was available 24/7 and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back. Thank you for having us !

What I particularly like about Yayo is that the check-in is very good. I immediately get clear and detailed instructions on how to find the accommodation. this accommodation was again very nicely equipped. we met super nice Airbnb guests. I found the living room particularly chic and comfortable. The tv was connected to everything like Netflix and co. The swimming pool was right in front of the house, which I thought was cool. The staff were very very friendly. They brought life into the house and greeted us warmly every day. I will miss this time very much. thanks for the nice time Yayo !

Emanuel and his family were very friendly and helpful. If I should return to Nungwi back again.. then only here!!

The people in the apartment were very kind, friendly, and easygoing, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. The apartment itself is of a very high standard – everything is clean, organized, and fully equipped down to the smallest detail, which made my stay extremely comfortable. Nothing was missing – you can tell that a lot of thought was put into it. The building is quiet, clean, well-maintained, and secure, with security services that provide a real sense of safety. The service I received was exceptional – professional, responsive, and kind at all times. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Doreen’s place twice in the last few weeks and had a great time. Doreen is quick to reply to any questions and arranged for room cleaning whenever I asked for it. The apartment is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The room and the common area are spacious and welcoming. I can definitely recommend this place :)
