Lovely home away from home. Very peaceful with no traffic or other noise. Great views, and the house is spacious for indoor and outside living. Julie was very helpful, offering local recommendations, quick to respond and even gave one of our children a lift when he got dropped off and had a long walk back to the house. All in all a great spot, the wildlife around the estate was a treat and within a short drive of some great pubs and restaurants. Can thoroughly recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay, had everything we needed and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious! Penny was such a wonderful friendly host and so helpful! Will be definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Dornoch Farm. We could not have asked for anything more and got exactly what we were looking for - peace and tranquility. We had a fantastic experience at Layla’s place! The apartment was exactly as described an, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Layla was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent location for anyone attending a function at the nearby Torwoodlea lodge. Linda was a great host. Her place is remarkably clean,neat and peaceful. We loved the plants & vegetation, not forgetting the friendly dogs to welcome us. Kitchen is well equipped. Great place if you want peace away from busy city life. Thanks to Linda for accomodating us. We will definitely be back.

It was much better in real live than on the pictures. The only thing missing was wifi, but cellphone reception was pretty good.

Such a stunning venue that hosted my entire family over the Christmas period. The house and plot was beautiful not to mention the stunning views of their pristine garden and background mountains. The hosts Ashley and Barry were ever ready to assist at any time and provided us all the comforts needed as a home away from home. we also travelled with a toddler which they accomodated very easily. A great place to stay with all the ammenties provided. There was a miscommunication with the booking regarding allowing pets, however the host and staff were very accomodating. The home is spacious, perfect for a family getaway. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean and everything is in working order from appliances to braai areas etc. There are staff that you can call on if your require any cleaning or additional services. Check-in/Check-out is very independant and simple. There is wifi, TV with all the networks and enough lounge space to relax with the family.

What wonderful accommodation. The host was so friendly. The house was clean and really beautiful. The surroundings were stunning and so central for a wonderful weeke d away. We will definitely be back.

Really a beautiful spot and can see Janice puts a lot of effort and attention to detail in the place. She was also straight to the point real efficient and just a lovely lady over all. Highly recommended. Also enjoyed the personal touch of half a litre of real milk and a 5 litre bottle of drinking water showcasing her attention to detail.

Beautiful house in a very safe closed community. We spent a wonderful 6 nights here and felt like kings. Really appreciated the cleaning service each day ( we have 3 teenagers!). Easy to access everything in Hilton.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Hosts were very accomodating and gave us loads of recommendations of things to do. There were some incredible walks nearby and the views were spectacular. Also some really good restaurants nearby. Cannot recommend highly enough!

An absolute paradise! Great for all ages, we had from a toddler for the day to 85 year old mama, who all felt at home and had a wonderful time. We lived on the back porch, soaking in the sun and breeze and catching up with each other after 2 years apart. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a stunning house in a stunning location. It is huge and can accommodate 6 people easily (all in large, en-suite bedrooms). It is extremely well equipped and so suitable for extended stays. The estate itself was beautiful - so very peaceful and full of animals - and the views from the house were incredible. The host and co-host are very responsive, which is very helpful and reassuring. The security on the estate is excellent and we felt very safe. Overall, cleanliness was fine. I agree with a previous reviewer that there were aspects where this could be improved, but would say these were discreet issues rather than a widespread problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

What a wonderful place. The photos do not do it justice. We were a group of ladies who had a lovely time there. Only unfortunate thing was the stage 6 loadshedding which left us with more hours without electricity vs with electricity. Only the lights in the house run off an inverter but sadly no plugs. A gas kettle and stove top were available. Regardless of the loadshedding, we still enjoyed ourselves
