Renta de villas vacacionales en Umbria

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Absolutely wonderful space for our five days in Tuscany with four adults and two toddlers. It was too cold for the pool to be open but we used the heated tub a couple days. Heads up about the tub- it took 1-2 days to fully heat up bc it is heated by building a fire. Then once it heated up it was wayyy too hot, so then it took a day to fully cool down to be safe for humans. It was a fun adventure to figure out!! There was so much space for the kiddos to explore and play in. The view is breathtaking. You are far enough from the towns to feel like you can completely relax but also close enough to do day trips to nearby towns. Heavenly week! There’s a cute farmers market on Friday mornings in paciano where there’s a cheese stand that had the most incredible cheeses! Leslie the point of contact person was super responsive and welcoming. The wind slammed the door shut one morning which locked us out but Leslie acted quickly and was able to get us back in remarkably fast! Best week ever!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Ein großer Wohnbereich, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer, ein eigenes kleines Haus mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker, Pizzaofen und schöner Pool. Dazu sind die beiden Gastgeber:innnen total lieb und wir konnten sogar bei der Weinernte mithelfen. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Bellissima! This spacious Italian villa in the lush Umbrian Hills is part of an olive estate owned by the gracious hosts, Claudia and Alessandro. It has a magnificent view of the countryside and the distant hills, including the charming medieval hilltop town of Todi. The region is lush and green and even in October is perfumed with the scent of wild mint, lavender, rosemary and thyme. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a vacation rental (even with a teapot, bless you!) We were lucky to stay there during the olive harvest and were able to buy some delicious olive oil straight off the press. Grazie mille per tutto, Claudia and Alessandro; we will think of Passo della Polomba while we enjoy our olive oil back in Canada! Arrivederci e alla prossima!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und das Haus einzigartig. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, um jeden Abend ein schönes Essen zuzubereiten. die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Het huis was prachtig. Bijna alles was geweldig een paar kleine puntjes. De keuken wat klein voor een grote groep. Er miste schaaltjes voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt… of die hebben wij niet gevonden. Er was een stopcontact in een slaapkamer wat onveilig en er miste een douchegordijn in de gedeelde badkamer. Maar verder was het geweldig alles heel schoon en groot prachtige zwembad met tuin eromheen. Erg genoten

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Nicokai war einer der besten Hosts, die ich bisher hatte. Er war stets erreichbar und hat sich bei Problemen sofort gekümmert (z.B. war der Pool nach einem Unwetter voll mit Blättern und Insekten, worauf er direkt auf Rückfrage eine Poolreinigung veranlasst hat). Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns mit unserer 6 köpfigen Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch gegeben, wenn auch rund 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, war der Supermarkt perfekt ausgestattet und Preis-Leistungstechnisch sehr gut aufgestellt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen - eine klare Empfehlung!

Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again

Purtroppo non ci sono abbastanza caratteri per descrivere tutti i punti positivi..casa perfetta pulita spaziosa e accogliente, fresca anche nelle ore più calde di questo luglio tropicale. Abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato all aperto.. La piscina sempre pulita grazie alla manutenzione è una vera coccola. Il territorio offre tantissimo ma per noi che cercavamo relax e privacy sono state sufficienti un paio di visite.. Una buona spesa al market che dista circa 20 min o alla bottega del paese e non occorre altro.. L acqua è fresca e buonissima. Punto forte sono Mario e Valentina, host unici per l attenzione a qualsiasi piccola richiesta e sempre a disposizione. Grazie per averci accolto e trasmesso la passione che vi motiva a preservare questa oasi di pace. La strada per raggiungere la casa è a tratti ripida e sdrucciolevole, necessaria auto alta. Noi viaggiavamo con opel astra sw e disattivando l esp seppur con un po' di fatica ce l abbiamo fatta. Ci piacerebbe tornare!
