This was the perfect home base for a multi-family ski trip. The kids loved the downstairs rec room and bunk beds. We will definitely be back.

We just returned from spending g a few days at this rental and we couldn't be happier! We are two mom friends and we brought our 12 year old boys with us to check out North Conway. The house is in a great location and such an easy drive to the center of town, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana's Baths. We were able to walk to a delicious ice cream place and loved being right near the scenic overlooking. The boys brought their bikes to ride in the area as well. The sauna was amazing, the hot tub was well maintained and the firepit and comfy chairs were perfect to hang out at night. We loved having two bathrooms and 2 showers. Our favorite feature of the house was the spacious counter in the kitchen! We have 2 light sleepers so the only thing that bothered us was hearing all the noises through the floors when others moved around. Next time we would make sure to bring our white noise machines and fans to help with that! Thanks for having such a wonderful a wonderful place to stay!

Gisele and her property manager were promptly responsive. The cottage was extremely clean, newly decorated and well appointed. The layout was very comfortable for our family of four. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. The only negatives were: If not taking the trolley or golf cart, the closest pool was a half mile walk with no parking available. The further pool did have parking. Also, no outside water source/hose to rinse off. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Wells beaches were beautiful with easy, affordable parking. Overall a wonderful stay in Wells!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The house was not only neat and clean but also thoughtfully equipped with every small detail you could think of—from kitchen essentials to a great selection of board games that kept everyone entertained. What really stood out was the host Kaylee’s responsiveness and attention to detail. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and even went the extra mile by arranging for someone to clean the driveway during our stay when it snowed, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall comfort of the trip. The combination of a beautiful, clean space and a caring, proactive host made our experience truly memorable. We loved our time here and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable gateway!!

The Best palace

My husband and I stayed at Kristen’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August and had the most amazing time! This was our 3rd time to KPT and most definitely our favorite thanks to this gorgeous Airbnb and Kristen’s hospitality. The apartment was perfect for us — was exactly as described, better than the photos with amazing windows and views, speedy WiFi perfect for working remotely. It’s a quick 4 minute drive into town, and such a beautiful area to walk around. Kristen was so responsive and helpful — there’s a super extensive list of local reccs in the apartment, and a beach pass that you can use during your stay. We loved this home away from home, and can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a great stay. It was an easy check in/out process and very walkable to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed for a weekend with 5 people - the space was perfect us! With 3 beds and 2 baths we didn’t feel on top of each other inside. We opted for free street parking which was never an issue. There’s a handful of coffee shops, restaurants and bars with 5-10 min walk. Old Port is about 20 min walk but very easy and safe. We loved being around the block from the ocean and east prom!!

We were a group of 10+ women ranging in ages from 16 to 60 something. Moms, sisters, cousins, aunties and long time friends gathering for our annual “girls weekend”. A tradition spanning over 30 plus years, our group’s dynamics may have changed a bit - but not our excitement of coming together once a year. For the size of our group we require some standard needs: enough beds to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us, a decent size cooking area, plenty of room for us to be social and room for all our vehicles. The Honey Bear House checked all those boxes. Kerri was very attentive to us, checking in on us at the start of the weekend and quickly responding to our texts. The house was as she describes it, plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls & appliances, toaster & toaster oven, drip coffee & Keurig, lots of mugs! We supplemented with paper products & personal towels. Perfect spot for an extended family gathering!
