Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,80m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Die Terrasse ist für alle Gäste frei zugänglich!

Unsere nette Souterrainwohnung hat eine kleine Küchenzeile im Gangbereich. Diese ist für in Öl herausgebratene Speisen nicht geeignet. Ein Duschbad und ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und großem Flachbildfernseher. W-lan Zugang, Schallschutzfenster, sehr gute Lage zwischen Friedrichsau und Stadtmitte, Rewe, Lidl und Busshaltestelle 100m entfernt. Stadtmitte 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Eigener Zugang zum Hinterhof.
