Niezapomniane wakacje. To miejsce dedykowane jest dla osób ceniących sobie kontakt z naturą. Cisza , spokój, z tarasu słuchać tylko szum morza i koncert cykad. Takich spektakli zachodów słońca nie widziałam nigdzie. Do naszej dyspozycji był również ogród, gdzie owoce (winogrona, kiwi, granaty, grejpfruty) jedliśmy do woli. W bliskiej okolicy super restauracje oraz sklepy. Do najblizszego dużego miasta 10 km. Na najwyższą ocenę zasługuje Rasim. Niesamowity gospodarz. Na moje fanaberie (typu dodatkowe przykrycie czy żelazko ) reagował błyskawicznie. Miałam parę pytań na tematy zwiazane z inwestycją w Czarnogórze, przyjechał, bez interesownie, poświcając swój prywatny czas kolejnego dnia. Miejsce jak i gospodarza polecam nie w 100 a 200 %

Drago's place in Ulcinj is a true gem - both for its location on top of a mountain with wonderful views of the sea from the terrace, fresh air and only ca. 10 minutes to walk down the steep hill to the Small Beach of Ulcinj as well as for its great and spacious layout and perfect amenities. Drago himself wasn't able to meet us at the apartment, but his super friendly and nice mother greeted us and we felt right at home. In Drago's apartment you're close to all Ulcinj has to offer (the beach, the market and shopping, but also literally above the bustle and the heat. The three bedrooms are perfectly sized, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom stylish and functional (especially helpful is also the washing machine), and the living room is large and very nice. All is very clean and working well! Parking is possible only a few meters outside the house. All in all, a great apartment! Thanks to Drago and his mother for a wonderful stay!

Super accueil de Vera ainsi que de son mari. Adorables du début à la fin du séjour. Logement reculé de la route nationale ce qui est très appréciable. Si nous avons l’occasion de repasser dans le coin, nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation.

We have had a most lovely holiday at Victor's place. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! The house is spacious with three separate floors. The see views from any of the three terraces are gorgeous. A short easy walk takes you to the local beach with bars and restaurants. A small village shop on the way. More shops are a short drive away as well as a bigger town - Bar. The Old Bar is a great tourist attraction very close plus a lot of hiking with more spectacular views. A sand beach only 15 minutes away by car. But it is just so lovely to rest on the terrace of the house. Wi-Fi was really fast, TV with lots of channels in all languages, hot water in showers and comfy seats all around. Laundry, kitchen, etc. all working great to suit a family of six easily. We really loved our holiday. Highly recommended. Oh, and also the tortoises in the a separated part of the garden! An everyday fun of finding and counting them all in the morning.

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Haus komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Parken am Haus (für mich) sehr abenteuerlich, in der Parallelstraße gibt es aber einen Schotter Parkplatz auf dem man für kleines Geld parken kann.

Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

Great place with everything you need for your stay. Various beaches are reachable in 10-30 minutes by foot, but you can also always just stay home and enjoy the pool and bbq. We were a group of 7 people and had more than enough space in the house. Marija and her family are amazing hosts, very helpful and kind, they assisted us with everything from our rent a car to boat tours.

Katarina è stata un host eccezionale!ci ha accolti a casa sua con grande amore! Ogni domanda ha ricevuto immediata risposta e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze! La casa è enorme, il giardino comodissimo e le terrazze meravigliose per mangiare all’aperto! La piscina comoda quando non si vuole andare in spiaggia! Super! Grazie mille Katarina!

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Napoli sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool war super und die ganze Anlage grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir hatten frische Früchte und genug Wasser aufgefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge vor der Haustüre umwerfend. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber, ordentlich und intakt. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren zu fünft, da war der Küchentisch etwas klein und es gab nur 4 Stühle. Auf Nachfrage, sagte er, dass das Leben halt draußen stattfindet. Das war uns Mitte August nur zu heiß. Wir haben uns mit nem Gartenstuhl zu helfen gewusst und die Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt. Das Haus zu finden, geang uns nur anhand der Schlüsselbox. Es gibt nämlich keine sichtbaren Hausnummern. Aber dank Standort, Foto und Box, gefunden. Waschmaschine vor Ort war auch toll. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände praktisch und sicher. Wir haben die verschiedenen Strände sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Marko und Nora schaffen perfekt die Balance für ein Gefühl der Sicherheit und das Wissen das Sie jederzeit für Ihre Gäste da sind und gleichzeitig völlige Privatsphäre. Perfekt die Riesengrosse Spielwiese mit Fußballplatzt Schaukeln,Trampolin und diverse Roller und Fahrräder für die Kinder. Es war eine tolle Zeit dort .Vielen Dank !!!

Zoran er en veldig hyggelig vært med rask responstid! Stedet ligger veldig sentralt med flott utsikt over gamlebyen og gangavstand (3 min) til stranden.

We had the most wonderful time at Tea’s residency. The suite has everything you need to make you feel like at home, the hosts are wonderful people, we went to three different beaches nearby, everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again

Great stay at Branko’s - I was sceptical of the location at first, and Dobra Voda would not have been my first choice, but the house is slightly outside/high up, super tranquil, with a beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect. Branko also took us on his boat for half a day, seeing as the surrounding public beaches are so crowded- we went to secluded little beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you again for a great stay!

A very beautifull place, very quiet and surrounded by very old olive trees. we like the house and the seaview ! Artan and Elsa are so kind !!
