Had a wonderfull stay at Dion's. The place was as described. We enjoyed the Makamati trail down to the beach. Dion was very helpful and attentive.

We had an excellent, one night stay. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the place was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We will be back.

I crossed South Africa from Capetown to Johannesburg driving. I stopped in many places and in many Airbnbs and Ellen’s place is the place I felt the most welcomed and Where I felt in touch with local culture. She provided me local advices and with the rest of my roadtrip. We had great conversations where we shared our histories and visions. I was truly sad that I had to leave because this was great meeting Ellen! I strongly recommand to stay at Ellen’s! Have a great one :)

Great peaceful location with trees and a lot of bird species. Great for birders as you can bird right on the balcony. Friendly host and easy to communicate with.

This place is such a lovely cosy home away from home. The place is well kept and absolutely beautiful. The beach access is literally a stone throw away which made visits there that much more enjoyable. We will be definitely coming back.

I highly recommend this spot for anybody near the area! The place is absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the sea! Barbara was such a great host -- I had some travel issues and Barbara responded so quickly to my requests and made sure I was comfortable. Her and Michael helped me out with a charger when mine broke, and I even got a tasty avocado from the garden to soothe my troubles! When I'm next back in the area, I'm going to make sure to stay here again.

phumelele was very quick at responding when i urgently needed accommodation for my staff, she was very helpful and accommodating we even ended up extending the stay. the house is beautiful and clean and will definitely make use of her house next time. thank you once more
