The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

This was one of our best AirBnB experiences! The location is perfect with the lake right in front of the cottage. The house itself is very cosy and tastefully done up. They have a microwave and fridge so you can be fairly independent as well. The area is comfortable for a family or close friends traveling together. Kumkum Ma'am and Hari Sir are absolutely the best hosts. They are very warm and caring and go out of their way to help you. They have the most interesting stories that keep you entertained. We had a personal emergency and Hari Sir ensured we got all the help we could get. He spoke to his family and with his vast local network, we were able to solve the problem very easily. We were so grateful for his help and guidance. The caretaker Nandanji and his family are very helpful and take care of every need. The food he makes is very delicious and you can ask him to make as per your tastes and preferences. We traveled with a toddler and a dog and all of us had a wonderful time. We can safely say that we will be staying with them every time we head for a vacation in that area!

This place is kid friendly, with lot of games and story books available. Food was great, whatever we asked to our caretaker ganesh to prepare, he would start preparing well in advance. There are two caretakers ganesh and the other one, a big shout out to both of them. If you are photogenic, then this place is for you. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The people were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Food was freshly prepared. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Those who love nature and want some quiet time, should definitely visit.

My stay at Mid Forest House, Jim Corbett, was magical. The property is charming and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The food was delicious. However, the exceptional service truly elevated our experience. The caretaker and manager were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their dedication and genuine hospitality were remarkable, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Mid Forest House.

When we came across Akshara Yoga Farm Stay, we were excited to get a dog-friendly place near the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve (less than 30 minutes away). Akshara Yoga Farm is set amidst acres of farm land. You wake up with the birds' chirping and go to sleep with jackals' howling - that's how much you're surrounded by nature. Akshara Yoga had a lot of open space where my dog Fluffy loved exploring and playing till she was exhausted. We want to give her new experiences and this trip was one such. Village markets were just 15 minutes away from Akshara wherein we enjoyed freshly - roasted peanuts. The stay itself was comfortable. We were the only guests; so, we had complete freedom and privacy. We were provided adequate quilts and a heater to ward off the January cold. The food was tasty. Ravinder ji fed us the most finger-licking parathas for breakfast and vegetarian spread for dinner. Saurabh was an amicable and responsive host. We hope to meet Varvara on our next visit.

Our stay at Rudraksha Farm was absolutely perfect! The interconnected rooms with an attached kitchen and front veranda overlooking the blooming Bougainvilleas & pool were ideal for our large family with kids. The manicured garden with a patio and built-in fireplace was a great spot for bonfires and barbecues. The onsite team, led by Girish, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Gopal da prepared delicious meals, including special dishes for my one-year-old twins. Girish is a wonderful host who always kept in touch, ensuring we had a wonderful time. The farm's beauty, cleanliness, and maintenance were impressive. The caretakers were excellent, providing everything we needed. We loved the orchards with litchi, mango, jackfruit, and mulberry trees - the kids had a blast plucking and eating mulberries! We'd definitely return to Rudraksha Farm due to our fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit tricky as the 1KM stretch near the property is rough and narrow but as soon as you arrive in the property, you wll go crazy and it will All be worth it. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the attention to detail and the hosts' commitment to providing an exceptional experience. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations and being available for any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Raabta and truly appreciate the hospitality. We recently had a delightful stay at this Airbnb property in Bhimtal, and it was perfect for our two families with three kids. The property is well-maintained and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of the property is ideal for families. With two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room featuring a bunk bed that comfortably accommodated our kids, we had ample space for everyone. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a great bonus. The lovely nature view from the property, combined with the beautiful garden, added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed playing outside, and we all appreciated the scenic surroundings. A special mention goes to Mr. Akbar, the caretaker, who made our stay exceptional. He is a wonderful person and an excellent cook. The meals he prepared were delicious and catered to all our preferences. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.

Had a wonderful stay at sage cottage. The location was quaint, away from the hustle of commercial hill stations. The local people were warm and welcoming. Sage cottage has such a great vibe that cannot be justified by any number of images or videos, no matter how good. The view from the living room is mesmerising and can take hours away from your day. Nearby forest trails are a must for anyone seeking quiet time in the woods. The manager at the property is very sweet, helpful and prompt. The cook makes great homely and local food and is a highly recommend add-on. Would definitely recommend everyone to take out 4-5 days from the hustle bustle of city life and visit this beautiful property with your closest friends or your family for the much needed calm.

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
