Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Verandah, Bhimtal. We were a group of 4 senior citizens, 5 adults, kids, and an infant, and the property turned out to be the perfect choice for all age groups. It’s clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible by car — a big plus when traveling with seniors and little ones. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. The staff — Krishna, Chandan, Himanshu, and Anmol — were incredibly polite, warm, and always available when needed, yet respectfully invisible when we wanted our space. Their service was seamless and thoughtful in every way. A special mention to Amrit, the owner, who is kind, humble, and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. We were there to celebrate my son's 5th birthday, and thanks to the team, it became a truly memorable occasion for all of us. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, cozy, and heartwarming getaway in Bhimtal. We'd love to return!

"I had a wonderful stay at Naveen's place in Bhimtal. Naveen and his wife were extremely welcoming and cooperative throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by providing complimentary tea and milk for our baby, which was a thoughtful touch. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding—especially the bathrooms, which were spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped with provisions for tea and coffee, a microwave cooktop, making it very convenient for us. Overall, the hospitality and warmth we received made the stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bhimtal!"

The place and location is nice. Lake view is perfect from every angle of the property. Just a suggestion, kitchen needs maintenance and more utensils should be there and whatever is there should be replaced/washed properly as they contain very old oily stains. Would love to see this improvements at my next visit 😊. Recommend place to stay. Really worth it.

A wonderful place to stay near nainital. You will expect a clean property with amenities. Food was delicious home cooked. Care taker of property are nice people they took care of everything you need.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Mistletoe house is beautifully designed and artistically decorated. The charm of the house is the beautiful garden in the property offering good view and privacy. The caretaker Dinesh and his family did a fabulous job looking after us and making beautiful local dishes. This house is a haven for those seeking peace and quiet. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

I am at a loss for words to express how amazing our experience was at Serenity Creek Lodge. Every detail was taken care of, and everything we needed was available – the kitchen, dining room, washrooms, and bedroom were all impeccably clean. We travel a lot, but this was our best homestay experience ever. Whenever we come to Bhimtal, we know we will stay here.
