This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Huset ligger alldeles ovanför Hafstens resort där det finns möjlighet till poolbad, affär, glasskiosk och restaurang med rättigheter.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in wonderful Ammenäs just outside Uddevalla. It is a quiet residential area with a two-minute walk to the sea and barbecue area. About 15 min drive to shops and restaurants. The apartment is built on top of a garage with its own entrance. It is possible to borrow a kayak at no extra cost. During the summer season, you can also go on the popular archipelago boats to various places. Cleaning can be added for an additional charge.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
