This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Nach 2 Wochen Los Angeles wollten wir unbedingt aufs Land und so fanden wir Davids Haus. Es ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist super! Der Garten und die Umgebung wunderschön. Ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen und einfach die Natur zu genießen. Für den Pool war es Anfang März noch zu kalt aber dafür haben wir die Sauna genossen. Danke David für alles!

I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

Sandy was an incredibly gracious and thoughtful hostess. She was quite responsive, provided detailed instructions on everything from wifi and streaming to the gas fireplace, and left a number of basic products for our use much like a hotel would do. And the patio was especially lovely!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Great home, very well stocked of everything you could need. Laundry cleaner, dishwasher tablets, plenty of towels and spare sheets. Levy was very responsive and a great host. thank you again!!

always love staying here! I especially like how private the location is and how check in is very flexible. we're usually on the road for 10 hours before we arrive and it's great peace of mind to know that we don't have to stress about getting there by a certain time to check in.

We loved our stay here! Ryan and Rosie are superb hosts. They were attentive, quick to respond, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was right there, including plenty of towels for the pool/beach, cooking spices, oils, sugar, etc, a well equipped kitchen, very clear instructions for the amenities, and so much more. You can tell how much care and thought was put into this place! We loved the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the waterfall and fountain water effects on the pool were so impressive and added to the peaceful ambiance. The fire pit and patio was beautiful, with a huge amount of outdoor cooking space. The location was close to many great restaurants, stores, and of course, beaches. It’s located in a beautiful, friendly, safe, neighborhood. They even had a safe parking spot in the driveway for our car. We were so impressed with Ryan and Rosie as hosts and in their beautiful AirBNB, we will be excited to stay again next time we’re in the area!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

Is there a possibility to give this place 10 stars? This is by far the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed in my time using this app. Sison is an amazing host. The place is cozy, extremely clean, beds are so comfortable! I’m for sure coming back here anytime I’m in LA!!!!!!

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.

Michael was super helpful, good communicator with check-in instructions and a recommendation for food, groceries. Unit was spotless, clean and bed was big and comfortable. Love the San Gabriel Valley, especially all the international dining options. Will consider for future stays
