Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Gute und große Wohnung, ideal für eine Familie, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt. Etwas außerhalb, aber die S Bahn Linie 8 ist direkt nebenan, mit der man gut ins Zentrum kommt. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet und es war kein Bild an der Wand, was der Gemütlichkeit etwas geschadet hat. Am Anfang funktionierten zwei Jalousien nicht. Wurden aber so schnell wie möglich repariert. Gute Kommunikation und Hilfe. Aufgrund der Lage zur S Bahn und sonstigen Ruhe zu empfehlen!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Traveling solo once again in beautiful Roma, I found this gem of calm and light in Luigi's Vatican area Airbnb. His decor choices are thoughtfully serene and everything he provides is spotless and just right. The stunning terrace was my highlight to choose this hillside neighborhood of beautiful period buildings.For a week in mid January I had the prettiest outdoor haven, so very relaxing. Luigi's hands‐on caring Hosting style is evident here as well. Gosh it is such a find!! Dreamy comfy bed, spacious shower, modern kitchen and heating, bingeable Netflix, easy walking to everything Vatican and Uber is just a quick call away. Do book a ride with Luigi from the airport FCO if he's available, and try to arrive into Rome midday. You will thank yourself!

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Donato il proprietario é stato gentilissimo sin dal momento dell'accoglienza, si è premurato di tutto ciò che mi potesse servire, il posto è tranquillo e pulito e soprattutto è dotato di parcheggio privato con cancello privato. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. idéalement situé, il permet de tout faire à pied. petit bémol pour le bruit, les fenêtres isolent assez mal et les bruits de l'extérieur nous ont régulièrement réveillés. la terrasse est agréable, malheureusement le système d'extraction du restaurant d'à côté est assez bruyant et les odeurs de friture pas très agréables. enfin, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un petit coup de propre. tout le reste était impeccable

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Rome. A view from our window was the Colosseum. We did have a little difficulty finding the place. I recommend stating Santissimi instead of S.S. as our maps do not come up as that. There was a lot to do and the local market across the street was very convenient. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
