Super süsse Wohnung, alles modern renoviert & in top Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt & können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Stefano is friendly and resilient. The flat is as expected. There is AC. It has large balcony with view to sea, comfortable bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen. The free beach is max 10, downtown is max 15 minutes on foot. And the most important thing: S.Vincenzo is the best base point to discover the magic Tuscany.

The property is down a very steep concrete road, and you definitely need a car to get here! But it is a very short drive from the ferry. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and left to it. The property is right on the sea, with beautiful views of the bay and Portofario. Bring your surf shoes and you can walk around the pebbles to swim every day. The property has everything you could need, and we had no connection issues with the wi-fi, we were able to watch films on our laptop in the evening. There were a few questions we had about where to dispose of rubbish etc, and these were responded to very quickly. The neighbours have a large, very friendly dog who wanders down to say hi. We would recommend this place to anyone, and we are grateful to have stayed here.

Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

Appartamento situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Marina di Campo e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, anche ciò che non ci si aspetterebbe di trovare (es frullino elettrico). La zona giorno è di dimensioni adeguate e può ospitare comodamente anche 4/6 persone a tavola. Bagno con lavatrice e doccia. Oltre alla camera matrimoniale c’è una seconda camera con due letti singoli. Il balcone esterno è provvisto di tenda per il sole e tavolo con sedie. È possibile parcheggiare l’auto letteralmente davanti alla porta d’ingresso. Gli unici piccoli difetti che abbiamo riscontrato sono stati: materasso molto sottile e quindi scomodo e porta d’ingresso con chiusura poco fissa (quindi in caso di vento la porta è rumorosa). Ma nel complesso consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo appartamento. Infine, l’agenzia si è rivelata precisa e molto rapida nelle risposte.

Die Turmwohnung war herrlich, eine großartige Aussicht aufs Meer und in die grünen Hügeln. War waren Ende Mai dort, und es gab viel Wind. Durch die Höhe 600 Meter über 0 sowieso schon, und der Turm steht auf einem Hügel… Die Terrasse ist nicht windgeschützt und dadurch nicht immer nutzbar im Frühling. Im Sommer bestimmt herrlich bei heißeren Temperaturen….

Great place very close to the sea. Parking is available 5min away by foot. Serena was very responsive and check in was easy. The only thing was, that we had to bring our own bed linen. But other than that everything was super!

We enjoyed our stay here in July. The rustic apartment is good value for money, although amenities could be better (eg no bath mat, soap, toaster). But the peaceful location and well-maintained pool more than made up for this, and the hosts and on-site staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Villa incantevole immersa nel verde e in un contesto di grande tranquillità e riservatezza. Giusto qualche piccolo problema di insetti la sera, ma è inevitabile per la posizione in cui è e in fondo ne vale la pena. Di grande aiuto e compagnia il carinissimo gatto della casa. Interni puliti, ben arredati e forniti, in particolare la cucina, perfetta per i grandi gruppi. La villa si trova a pochi minuti di macchina da Riparbella, dove è facile trovare i servizi principali (ma difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi) Per quanto riguarda la distanza dal mare pensavamo che ci avrebbe penalizzato di più ma alla fine in un quarto d'ora di macchina si raggiungono spiagge molto belle. Stesso discorso per eventuali visite a città come Volterra, Siena ecc che in un'ora/un'ora e mezza si raggiungono tranquillamente, passando per strade stupende. Host disponibile per tutto, check in flessibile e la consegna delle chiavi in agenzia molto comoda. Consigliatissima

Zufahrtsweg ist teilweise sehr schwierig. Allrad ist zu empfehlen. Leider kann die Vermieterin nur Italienisch und somit war. der Check in nur mit Händen und Füßen zu Händeln. Sehr gut war, das der Pool täglich gereinigt und geprüft wurde. Super allein gelegen mit sehr guter Aussicht. Tolles Haus, kann man nur empfehlen.

Home was great - was further out of Sassofortino than we had thought, although that’s on us rather than the hosts! But it’s down very steep, unlit, gravel paths so was difficult to drive and couldn’t walk alone at night (as we were visiting friends in the town). Was difficult to manage check in and check out without speaking Italian - although Elena who checked us in was lovely and very prompt!

We were three family’s and we really enjoyed the house. House is spacious with a great big garden we’re our children could play. Location is perfect for exploring countryside around Volterra. Host was also really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Great value fore the price.

Logement très proche de la mer (environ 80m) avec 1 transat, 2 chaises longues et un parasol privé sur la plage. Très beau complexe de piscine avec équipe d’animateurs dynamiques et souriants plus un directeur au top !! Complexe très propre, fleuri, boisé, très calme. Très agréable séjour avec un personnel hyper accueillant, très serviable, toujours souriant, adorable que ce soit à la piscine ou au bar du Magu. Idéal pour découvrir aussi les alentours (Pise, île d’Elbe, toscane, Sienne, etc…). Seul bémol sur le bar Mistral Club qui annonce ne pas prendre de réservation et quand on arrive pour dîner, en fait 80% du restaurant est réservé. Le Nautico quant à lui est top ! Nous recommandons pour passer une semaine de dolce vita en famille. Un grand bravo aux équipes de ménage, de la réception, des serveurs/serveuses, d’animation, le DJ et la direction.

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.
