The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

We wouldn't hesitate to return to this accommodation. It looked exactly like the photos and was clean and practical. We were very impressed at the high standard throughout. It's close to two supermarkets and the buses into central Brighton are super frequent. The harbour is minutes away and the area felt safe. We loved it. It's worth noting that one of the beds is very low, which was fine for us, but could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The stairs are reasonably steep, but again, we didn't have any issues with this. There is a pub next door; we never heard a peep from them. The boiler in one of the bedrooms was audible. The water was hot and plentiful. The blackout blinds were valuable - once we'd realised they were there - but quite a bit of light still gets in so take an eye mask if you want it pitch black. The host was responsive and promptly answered any queries we had. The accommodation doesn't come with local information so some forward planning is advised.

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Well-deserved 5 stars. Will ensures that his guests have a comfortable stay in his apartment, with nothing to miss and some thoughtful additions, e.g. good window blinds in the bedroom to keep out the early morning sun. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Getting to the beach or the shopping area by foot takes probably less than 10 minutes, but still with the benefit of being in a quieter area - perfect!

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

Fantastic place to stay & Siobhan is lovely and very helpful. Lovely area, nice & quiet. Yet close to the pier (15 mins) and you can walk to central Brighton in 20 mins. The bed is very comfortable too! Lovely personal touches. We would highly recommend!

This Brixton home was such a hidden gem! Tucked just behind a lively street lined with shops and restaurants, it felt incredibly peaceful and tranquil—like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The location was fantastic: just a short walk to the underground, Brixton Market, cafes, and everything else you might need. What really stood out was the creative and thoughtful decor, especially the bookshelves filled with interesting reads throughout the house—it gave the space a warm, personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped, and the desk setup with strong WiFi made it easy for me to work remotely during my stay. Olivia was a fantastic host—easy to communicate with, and her instructions were clear and simple to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in London!

I would highly recommend this beautiful annex. It’s situated just a stone throw from the beach. David was very helpful, kind and informative of the area. We had such a fabulous time with lovely walks on the beach with our little Waffle the dog. It was exactly what we needed nice and chilled with the weather on our side. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Exceptional accommodation! I simply could not recommend this apartment high enough. The host was very responsive, helpful and great with recommendations. He even left us fresh bread, milk, butter, an overflowing fruit bowl and fresh flowers which I thought was a lovely touch. We had our 10 year old twins with us, they thought the place was super cool and loved the fact that the pool was literally metres from our front door. It was also perfect for children in that there was every kitchen pot, pan and utensil you could think of there so cooking was a breeze, plus there is a Tesco express 2-3 mins walk away for any groceries. The place was spotlessly clean. The living area and kitchen are the perfect layout for lounging and entertaining with friends and family. Location wise I also thought it was spot on in that it was only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station. Lastly I must note the mattress in the main bedroom, probably thee most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view from the balcony to have coffee in the morning and relaxing with a book at the end of a busy tourist day. The entire place felt like our home away from home and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Wir waren für 4 Tage zu Besuch in London. Die Wohnung von Kate ist bezaubernd und noch schöner in echt als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von London, das Zentrum ist jedoch einfach mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Da es hohe Temperaturen waren, kam das Bad im schönen und sauberen Pool uns gerade gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Kate ist schnell und hervorragend. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Kate!

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!
