Excelente el departamento. Lo único un poco decepcionante y que no es responsiva del alojamiento, es la deficiencia de mantenimiento del cenote público, que se encuentra dentro del complejo Zama. Ojalá y se le prestará más atención y cuidado a dicho cenote!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is fully equipped, the space is comfortable, and the location is both quiet and conveniently close to the city center. The landlord was always quick to respond to our needs. This is a great place for families or groups to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was beautiful. The sunsets on the rooftop were a highlight. They were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Just FYI the beds are very hard, but that’s just personal preference. And the construction is very loud but there is no where in Tulum right now that doesn’t have construction noise. Just things to note so you’re not surprised.

Awesome condo. Would definitely recommend.very clean and spacious. 5 minutes to hotel zone beach area by car. Hope to return soon…

Es un poco difícil el acceso porque había llovido pero la privada y el departamento están genial y en el fraccionamiento hay 2 cenotes 🙌🏼 el Departamento muy limpio y todo nuevo y tenía todo lo necesario

Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

El lugar es ideal para desconectarte completamente, cuenta con las comodidades para un grupo grande de personas; tuvimos el apoyo de Don Israel que estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros y procuró que estuviéramos bien todo el tiempo. Recomendado y de poder repetir lo haríamos sin duda.

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

My partner and I had such an incredible stay here at Yaakunah!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. The owners who run the place are incredibly kind and super accommodating. We were very sad to leave the residence on our last day, it truly was an Oasis away from home. 🌺🙏 We felt very safe staying here. Beds were super comfortable!! Backyard was beautiful, we had breakfast outside every morning. The area was perfect and near all kinds of shopping & dinning spots. I highly recommend Burrito amor, Nimeno & to check out Palma Central in the area! Everyone around was super kind. There’s a lot of places that I wish I could go back to but I will surely return here in the future! We fell in love with Tulum and would come back to stay here in a heart beat! So glad to have found this hidden gem! 🏡 Thank you so much Nicola, Sofia, Christiane, Yesica and all the staff working so hard at Yaakunah for keeping the place safe & clean & for making our stay a truly a bliss! 🙏✨

Had a great stay! Clean, pretty quiet, felt safe, friendly hosts. It was well-priced and I would recommend! Note - It is a quick drive to paved roads but pretty bumpy dirt roads for a few minutes radius around it with a lot of construction (not close enough for the noise to be a problem). Just something to note when picking out a vehicle. I had a scooter and am very experienced on them so was fine but maybe would have done an ATV or dirt bike for a better drive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous, very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-Fi was spot on, which was great for both work and leisure. We had a fantastic time at a rooftop party, it was so much fun! But the property also offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere during the week, making it ideal for working or unwinding. As other guests have mentioned, the roads can be a bit bumpy, but that's totally normal for Tulum and part of the experience. It’s not unusual, just something to keep in mind when planning your trip. We’ll definitely be coming back – our experience was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it!

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect, with the main Tulum center and beach just a few minutes away. Consider a scooter if you plan to spend everyday in the main center strip or beach, but we also enjoyed the bike rides. The condo was very clean, and we appreciated all the amenities in the complex. If you're thinking about staying here, you won't be disappointed. We’re already planning our return!
