This is The Place that I’ll come back to every time I come to the city! I’ve stayed in 5 different places on my travels here, and this is the one! Super cool hip inside, and very well done, ultimate view and people watching From the massive front window overlooking the park and fountain. Super central location, rt where you want to be for food and shopping! There is a great private rooftop terrace, and an interior terrace for total privacy! You wont be disappointed in this place! There will be no better place to land in CDMX

El lugar es super fácil de ubicar, no requieramos instricciones exactas, además la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Pudimos comer cerca del lugar ya que hay restaurantes y tienda de conveniencia, además dd probar el metro que quedaba relativamente cerca. El lugar con buena seguridad, muy cómodo y limpio, lo unico que recomiendo es dejar cobijas extras y tener dos llaves de acceso, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. 😀

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

James y su esposa muy amable nos atendieron en el lobby, dando todas las indicaciones. Muy buena y amena persona, bastante comunicativos e informativos. Nos dieron tips para disfrutar aun más del edificio, del lugar y del área. El apto es como aparece en la foto. Nos gusto bastante. Super amplio y con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo el lugar, tanto para pareja como para familia. Un lugar bastante seguro y sobretodo se puede caminar para cualquier restaurante, café o mall.

This was one of my favorite AirBNBs that I've ever stayed at! The front desk are available 24/7 and are incredibly responsive. The apartment itself was very clean and the fresh flowers were a beautiful and welcoming touch. The location is very ideal - downtown Condesa. The daily cleaning was such a welcome difference in our experience from other AirBNBs. The rooftop is beautiful. Can only say positive things about this place!

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even better than the pictures—honestly, they didn’t do it justice. The location was perfect: very walkable to both Condesa and Roma Norte, which made exploring super easy. What really stood out to us was how incredibly clean the space was. The host was also very responsive and flexible, especially when it came to check-in, which we really appreciated. The building felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Although we didn’t use the rooftop as much as we could have, it’s definitely a great bonus feature that deserves more attention. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed here with a friend for four days exploring the city. Amazing location right across the street from Parque Mexico. Surprisingly calm and quiet (on the 4th floor, facing the park) while still a quick easy walk to restaurants, churros, cafes, and a metro stop. Felt very safe with 24/7 security or staff at the front desk (especially convenient when we arrived at 5am!) and keypad entry. The studio was clean and felt recently updated with a well-stocked kitchen area, plenty of outlets, a lovely patio surrounded by trees. Bathroom was clean and functional; a frosted/opaque shower door might be nice for privacy as it opens directly into the main living space. Wi-fi works well, there is filtered water available on the main floor, and the rooftop was beautiful. The staff was friendly and responsive, bringing us extra toilet paper and a replacement water kettle within minutes of texting our requests. Overall a great place to stay for our first time in CDMX!!

Very good place to stay, well located. The only “negative” point is that its in the 5th floor of a building without elevator. Rather than that, great place for the price paid.
