Sip your coffee on the balcony of your Cottage and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have hiking, biking & riding trails and 10 holes of Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake or Tule River or Casino. We also have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) for friends/family.

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

This fully renovated 5th wheel has everything you need, plus No Cleaning Fee! Situated on a hilltop in a quiet foothill neighborhood, you'll have a lovely view of our little valley and mountains. It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

We are two miles from the Foothills entrance station for Sequoia National Park. The recently remodeled apartment is about 500 square feet in two rooms plus a bathroom. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
