Of all places we have stayed at in Viet Nam, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable! The owner is the sweetest soul and all the staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast here was my favorite food on my entire journey (eggs, soup, banana pancakes, fresh fruit - pineapple, watermelon, passion fruit!! -, fresh vegetables, fresh watermelon juice omg😍😍) and everything so delicious, they prepare it right in front of you! It was so cool that they also had 2 different kinds of strawberry jam, red and yellow. All in all they keep it simple but delicious. The rooms where you stay have good air conditioning and the bed is very good. I slept really well for the first time on our trip. The most beautiful thing - beside the breathtaking view - was the peace and quiet around. And you can get to the best sights in 10min (– rent a bike!). Only negative I can say is that we didn’t come here earlier.😌 Thank you so much for the best 3 days we will 100% be returning 💝💝💝

Minh is the key! He ensures everything went so smooth. Rent a motorbike, he’s got you, breakfast is included and he’s got you, need a taxi, he’s got you. Anything you need this homestay can deliver. Location is close to many attractions and other good restaurants. Also the price is pretty hard to beat! We don’t stay in our room much and it really is just that a room, however, the bathroom is spacious. Actually one of my favorite sinks in Vietnam so far. Large sink with a long enough facet so you aren’t splashing everywhere when washing your hands or face. Thank you Minh for everything!

What a beautiful place. This spot is located biking or motorbike distance from all main attractions in the area. The host, Việt, was friendly and very responsive. Using bikes was free and we used them all day all three days we were there. Motor bikes you can rent for a fair rate. Breakfast is included and you pay for water and other meals which you can order. Ninh Binh is such a beautiful area and we were so glad we booked this place away from busy areas.

Tranquil place nestled in the serene mountains! They have their own kitchen restaurant which is amazing food. They hike bicycles that you can ride around! They also helped us organize pick up and drop off at the airport. If you are considering them, I definitely highly recommend.

I stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect ! Probably the prettiest place I saw in Vietnam, it's a little green paradise. The restaurant was good, bungalow was clean and cozy, and the team was kind and helpful. 100% recommend, would definitely stay here again! The cooking class was fun too !

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this place. We were initially skeptical upon booking because there wasn't a physical address listed, but Viet provided a google maps location within 24 hours of booking. When our taxi arrived in Trang An, we were blown away by the views of the mountains and lakes. It is truly stunning. The homestay is located within the ecological preserve, with several other homestays in the vicinity. We were happy that we chose this one because it's smaller; more intimate and private than some of the other nearby homestays. Most of our interaction was with Viet's wife, Ve. She was remarkably warm and kind, and was always available to assist us. It is a family run business and their level of devotion to their guests is admirable. I'm a professional airbnb host myself, and I learned quite a few things from this family about providing excellent hospitality. Kuddos to the hosts. We wish for the best success to them.

Le Green Garden est un endroit à découvrir. Petit paradis très calme dans un environnement campagne à deux pas du centre de Tam Coc. Très dépaysant et très bien situé pour découvrir les merveilles de la baie d'Halong terrestre.

This is already the second stay at the beautiful Sea Breeze Villa of my father and myself. We are Swiss expats living in Hanoi who really like the beach. With the new highway it is doable even for a short visit from there. The very new villa has lots and lots of space, a great salon and kitchen, and a very nice private pool. The rooms are very generous, and all have their own bathroom. We felt at home instantly. In less than 10 minutes’ walk you are at the massive semi-private beach of the FLC resort and also at the biggest sea water pool in SE Asia. For an extra fee you can swim at that hotel pool, which is really worth it. But the best thing about the villa is the host, Hue. She is a Vietnamese lady living in Florida and thus speaks perfect English. She is super friendly, extremely helpful and amenable to requests over text and phone. If something needs to be done, her housekeeper is at the villa in no time. We can highly recommend the villa&hope to come back again soon.
