Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Расположение просто идеальное: рядом Каскад, в шаговой доступности центр, но при этом тихо и спокойно. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания, от техники до мелочей вроде посуды и бытовой химии. Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто хочет отличный вариант в Ереване!

The place is the same as the pictures and is very clean. Everything that you need is there. Utensils and even cleaning supplies and vacuum and clothing rack in case you need to hang your clothes. Vahan is also very understanding since our flight was very early and was supposed to request early check in but then our tour guide suggested to just use the time and start the tour so we ended up checking in around 7pm and they are still very accommodating. Overall, the stay in their Airbnb was good and have reached my expectations. The only downside was there's no bidet in the toilet so If you want to book the apartment, I suggest for you to bring portable bidet. Anyhow, I still highly recommend this place. Its cheap yet anything you need is there. It is also few blocks away from SAS Supermarket and Pharmacy. There's also a small supermarket on both sides of the street from the hotel in case you need to buy anything without walking a little bit far.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and perfect not just for a stay, but even for living! We were five people, and there was more space than we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could need, and even coffee, sugar, and water which is really rare. The location is great, and the apartment has a wonderful atmosphere. Благодарю за квартиру! При заселении возникла небольшая проблема с водой, которую пришлось решать самостоятельно. Оказалось, что напротив квартиры есть кладовка с насосом, который в нашем случае перестал работать. Если столкнётесь с подобным, попробуйте выключить и включить насос снова — это помогло нам вернуть воду. В остальном всё отлично: квартира чистая, светлая и с прекрасной просторной террасой. Также небольшой совет, если не сразу находите квартиру по инструкции: после фото с большой прямой стрелкой на прямой улице (это фото идёт непосредственно перед фотографией двери) нужно повернуть налево, а затем сразу направо.
