We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Located at the bustling Sparks Marina with Casinos, Restaurants, the Legends mall, Imax, Wild Island amusement park and many other attractions just minutes walk out your back door. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door!

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
