The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Fem minutter å gå til busstopp med direktelinje til sentrum. Sju minutter gange til Tromsøs største kjøpesenter. Leiligheten har fullt utstyrt kjøkken og privat bad med vaskemaskin. Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.
