I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

Nice flat with great location, the sea is only 5 mn walk and also there is a free parking nearby. The place is super clean and had everything I need. The host is super nice and helpful, highly recommended :)

Excellent location and very centrally located for my parents. The host was very pro-active with messaging and you can tell does this professionally. All in all, great value for money as it looks exactly like the pictures.

The cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It has all the necessary kitchen essentials, so you can cook and enjoy your meal on the beautiful little balcony. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the old town and around 20 minutes to the beach. The host is very kind and responsible—she even let me check out late for free. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή και ευγενική η Ταμάρα. Ήταν καινούργιο και πάρα πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο και είχε τέλεια θέα στον κόλπο του Κοτορ . Το διαμέρισμα είχε τα πάντα, όλες τις ανέσεις και ότι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια και σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Tamara was very nice and kind. The apartment was new, very clean, and beautiful, with a perfect view of the Bay of Kotor. It had everything, all the amenities, and anything a family could need, all in very good quality.

We would highly recommend Sanja’s place. It is a great landing base to explore North Montenegro. A few minutes drive to the ferry port which gives you access to Herceg Novi and very near to the Croatian border. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to Porto Montenegro, such a beautiful area to explore.
