Really well located and lost of space to spread out

This is the most beautiful villa: well maintained, wonderful hosts, fully stocked with most everything you would need. The location is very good for exploring this part of the island and the views of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other is really remarkable. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the space is very well organized with large rooms and plenty of common areas.

I rented Marco's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my friends, and it was the best choice. The living room/game room offered good entertainment in the evening, and its location made it very easy for us to reach Mount Etna and go hiking in the mornings/afternoons. The place was spotless, and Marco was an incredibly responsive host and always willing to help. The only downside was the temperature, which was a bit colder than desired. The heating came on mostly when we weren't home and was set to 19°. The fire in the living room kept us warm enough in the evening, but more warmth there and in the rest of the house would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would recommend its place to anyone wanting to explore Etna and have fun!

A beautiful villa with old-world charm yet modern feeling. Amazing views of both the ocean and Etna. Well maintained gardens and grounds, with a lovely pool and sitting area. Pino and Viviana were always quick to respond and helpful. Truly a special place

Wo soll man anfangen? Umgebung: ruhig gelegen, schöner Blick auf den Etna, mitten im Grünen. Das Anwesen an sich ist riesig, der Gastgeber lädt dazu ein, sich an seinen Feldfrüchten zu bedienen. Das Haus an sich: sehr geräumig, nicht überfrachtet mit Schnick-Schnack, aber mit Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche mit Herd, Ofen und Mikrowelle. Eine Dusche mit schönen heißen Wasserstrahl. Ein heimeliger Kamin im Ess-Wohnzimmer. Wir waren nur zu zweit aber auch zu viert ist jede Menge Platz. Katzen- und Hundeliebhaber freuen sich über 4 Katzen und einen nichtbellenden Hund, die auf dem Anwesen sind. Und der Gastgeber: Wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Man merkt, das Anwesen ist sein Baby, er hält alles im Schuss, er ist proaktiv, immer erreichbar und gibt jede Menge Tipps, nimmt sich wirklich Zeit. Fast entsteht auch in kurzer Zeit ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Erklärte uns über 1 Stunde Pistazienernte. Immer wieder bei ihm, wenn am Etna sind.

Probably one of my favorite Airbnb experiences so far. The place is beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos, super spacious, has everything we needed and more, and had stunning views of Etna. We felt right at home and did not even want to leave the place to explore. Daniella was a superstar, she was very friendly, proactive, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for accommodating us, we had a wonderful time.

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!

Vi var to netter hos Tatiana og Giancarlo. Stedet har alt man trenger og Tatiana var utrolig behjelpelig. Vi fikk også tilsendt en brosjyre med nyttig informasjon om stedet og hva Tatiana kunne være behjelpelig med. Stedet ligger fem til ti minutter gange i mye trapper opp til sentrum og gondolen til Mazzaro, og selve villaen ligger skjermet fra byens støy. Det er også et flott bassengområde på eiendommen som man kan benytte om ønskelig. Alt var rent og leiligheten fremsto veldig eksklusiv i møbleringen og innredningen. Det er god og skjermet parkering på eiendommen. Vi anbefaler stedet og hadde et fantastisk opphold.

This villa is not a modern hotel but a grand estate reminiscent of the aristocracy of Italy; private, but living within the culture of the surrounding area. The grounds are lush and gated with a very large swimming pool. A car is necessary to get to other cities and/or bus stops/train stations. The GPS on our personal phones was excellent and useful in traveling around Sicily. Our hosts, Francesco and Maria, were warm and genteel. They live on the premises next to the villa so access to their assistance and advice was always available via phone, AirBNB and What's App. The beds are antique and amazingly comfortable - a recommendation would be to have additional pillows available for those who may not be back sleepers. We had 7 women from our bookclub back home and it sleeps 13 so there is plenty of space for a larger group. We would stay at the villa again if we do go back to Sicily. We had a great time!!!!

Emanuele's home was even more beautiful rhan the pictures. it was a paradise just above the town but with easy access yo everything. We had everything we could want and were spoiled for choice for views. Absolutely lovely!

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Wir haben als Gruppe von Freunden hier einen 10-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Schönheit von Anwesen und Umgebung: Im wunderschönen Zitronenhain gelegen mit Blick auf die Hänge des Ätna und auf‘s Meer. Besser geht‘s nicht! Langeweile kam nie auf, die Gegend bietet super viel! Ein Auto ist allerdings wichtig. Auch auf dem Grundstück gab‘s immer was zu tun: wunderschöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fußball oder in der tollen Küche kochen… und immer frische Zitronen. Maria Gulia und Angelo sind super freundlich und halfen uns oft mit Tipps und schnellen Antworten weiter. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Vi var en familie på 8 som hadde en uke på Villa Respiro. Denne uken glemmer vi sent. Alt var perfekt, bedre enn bildene! Kan varmt anbefale alle å besøke denne plassen. Nært Taormina der vi brukte flere dager og kvelder. Vi nøt også mange dager og kvelder i Villaen, det var helt magisk. Kan anbefale å stå opp tidlig minst en dag å få sett soloppgang, det var en opplevelse😍 Alle var enig om at vi gjerne kommer tilbake hit! Takk for oss Sicilia og Villa Respiro❤️

This is probably the most beautiful property I've ever had on Airbnb (and I've stayed in a lot). The house feels like someone's home -- perfectly decorated and maintained, full of personal touches, comfortable furniture, and fully equipped kitchen/bathrooms, etc. Even the considerable landscaping is mature, lush, and beautifully kept. And the view from the multiple patios is just spectacular -- the mountains, sea, the Calabrian coast across the strait, and the cable car quietly whizzing by. And while the location is tranquil and scenic, it's still a really convenient location. We never moved the car during our stay -- it was an easy walk down to the beach or uphill into the center of town. The separate casita was a great feature for added privacy within our group. The hosts were communicative and welcoming. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Casa di Regina is a beautiful and a lovely respite in busy Taormina! Lawrence, the owner, and Luca, the property manager, were extremely responsive to all of our questions. They provided us with lots of recommendations and help for things to do, restaurants, transportation. It is tucked away off the main street in Taormina and is in a perfect location to explore Taormina and the area. It has a lovely courtyard, the inside is gorgeous, the amenities and furnishings so beautiful and had just the right amount of space for two couples traveling together. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable for both couples. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Luca went above and beyond and did some light food and beverage shopping for us before our arrival. The unit was ready early and we were able to check in when our train arrived midday. Casa di Regina exceeded all our expectations and we loved it. We would 100% go back again and recommend it!

Amazing villa that matched perfectly the expected when we booked. Excellent service from Danilo & his wife from check in to check out, very helpful and always available. They’ve met all our requirements, that as we were travelling with kids were very important for us. Definitely an unbelievable stay in a stunning premises and beautiful place. Highly recommended and we are very much looking forward to come back. We enjoyed every moment of our trip. Thank you very much for that!

Sergio’s villa was the most beautiful place that we have ever stayed. Olive and citrus trees right in the yard and pristine views of Mount Etna. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and pharmacies were all within short walks from the home. I would stay again in a heartbeat, if Sergio would have us.

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome house. The view was amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen will equipped. It was fun cooking Sicilian food there. We also enjoyed playing with all the cats that came by regularly. That was so cute. Although we had missed the point in the description of the property that there was a second apartment below and we had to share the pool and garden area it was not much of an issue once we got it. And the other guests were nice too. The cold pool was really nice to swim in and refreshing. The sunbeds on both levels were super comfortable abs a pleasure to use. Having the parking inside the compound was also really practical. Giuliana was a fantastic host. She always helped is immediately with everything.

Lovely Airbnb in a private compound. Walkable to the little village of Santa Tecla and to a Hotel with a nice Lido. Paolo was a great host and very responsive throughout the stay.

Das Haus liegt einfach wunderschön mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Küste bis nach Taormina und auf die Stiefelspitze des Festlands. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind märchenhaft. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und auch über Hängematte und Tischtennisplatte haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Lavastein und das Holz sind außen und innen eine tolle Kombination. Es gibt sehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und Betten sowie Insektenschutz an Türen und Fenstern. Der Ätna-Park, Taormina und Catania sind sehr gut erreichbar. Andrea ist ein toller, sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat.

The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

Beautiful stay in Aci Catena. The space comfortably accommodated all four of us and the beds were one of the most comfortable of our whole trip. The outdoor area was amazing with the pool surrounded by many olive, lemon and peach trees. Daria was very willing to help with every question we had and made many recommendations throughout our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quaint stay, yet so close to everything.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

We had a great stay with Rosy. The space is cozy and comfortable and the outdoor area and views are stunning. Rosy was easy to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We also loved going to dinner in nearby Aci Castello, only a 7 minute drive from the home.
