Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire… L’appartement est grand, parfaitement meublé et puis que dire de cette vue sur la mer sur le balcon… À couper le souffle. À noter la place de parking devant et la machine à laver qui est d’une utilité cruciale. Ce sera un vrai plaisir de revenir !

We stayed for one week, as a family with 3 children (5, 10 and 12). We felt really welcome, with friendliness, special small treats - prepared by Vicko and his parents - and a beautiful location. The place is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden, a nice terrace with view. Groceries are 2 minutes by car, an Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by car. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place and especially the hosts. Thank you!

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

unici per accoglienza, disponibilità e suggerimenti su dove andare e cosa fare. poi la casa era completa di ogni comfort, luminosa, pulita, ordinata e molto, molto bella. grazie per il meraviglioso soggiorno!

We had a lovely stay at Ado’s apartment. The space had everything we needed and then some. We had a private terrace with a view of the bay and lots of cats running around outside! Our host was super welcoming and made sure we were settled in properly. The location is also perfect, only a short 20 min walk to the old town and the bay is literally right outside the door. Such a beautiful area. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kotor.

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La terrasse est très agréble à vivre. L'appartement est très bien situé pour viviter Dubrovnik et ses environs. Les hôtes sont gentils et réactifs. Le séjour était parfait

Siamo stati diversi giorni in questo appartamento e non potevamo far scelta migliore. Appartamento ottimo: ben curato e pulito , allo stesso tempo moderno. Un appartamento bellissimo e ci si sentiva a casa. La descrizione corrisponde a quello che c’era nella struttura . Non potevamo chiedere di più. L’host e’ stata più che disponibile dal primo giorno fino all’ultimo, curandosi di noi su ogni aspetto. Molto gentile e amichevole. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento . Ci torneremo volentieri. Great place to stay away from the business of the city center while still being super accessible. Mihovil and family were communicative, kind, and flexible with our check in/check out. Would recommend!!

Ira is een geweldige gastvrouw. Ze kwam speciaal langs om ons welkom te heten en gaf veel tips en uitleg over wat er in de buurt allemaal te doen was. Heel mooi en leuk appartementje. Fantastische mooie omgeving! We hebben genoten!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Sonja's 1 bedroom apt. was very cozy and clean. It's tucked away on a narrow street above Sestaliste Kralja Zvonimira - a promenade in Lapad which features many restaurants. Once you familiarize yourself with the neighborhood, it's quite easy to walk down to the promenade or to the bus line to catch the #6 to Dubrovniks' Old City. What makes this place special is Sonja who is a great congenial host. Gave us easy instructions on how to navigate the bus system to get to the Old City. City Walls walk is highly recommended. Also, Sonja was so gracious in helping us catch the bus to Zagreb. An extremely responsive and cordial host!

This was an amazing stay! The host was so sweet and was waiting for us when we got dropped off via taxi. She then escorted us to the apartment from the drop off location and showed us how everything runs/should be used. She made sure we had no questions and were comfortable before she left. As soon as you walk in you can see the amazing view of Old Town below. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or other guests in the area. You can easily get to surrounding areas for food or other things you made need. The only thing I can say to consider is the height at which the apartment sits. It’s amazing for the view and the quiet, however, there are many stairs and/or hills to get back if you decide not to taxi. I wouldn’t let that alone rule this place out because it’s really a great spot. We had a great time and are thankful we stayed here for our trip!

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

The place is clean and Irena is a lovely host!! She gives very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and even provides recommendations on the surroundings if wanted! The apartment is situated next to a busy road (does get quiet at night). It didn’t really bother us much but keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise. Overall I really recommend!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Very helpful and kind host — thank Zorica! She was always responsive and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Great location, just 5–10 minutes from the Old City and the Spanish Fort. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (including a large fridge, which many other places don’t have). Having a heater was a real bonus during the bad weather.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)
