A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement de Bianca. Bianca a été très accueillante et nous a même envoyé des recommandations. Son appartement est propre, fonctionnel et la terrasse sur le toit est idéale pour le petit déjeuner 😍.

Ivana was great. Her place was very convenient to everything in the area. She stopped it very well so that when we got in late, we didn’t have to worry about not having coffee, toilet paper and everything else that we need right away I would give her a 10 if I could.

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

l’appartamento è veramente bellissimo, ristrutturato, rifinito nei minimi dettagli, spaziosissimo e climatizzato. la zona è tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. la pulizia impeccabile, e l’host sempre disponibile. ci tornerei volentieri; se visitate Palermo, vi consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili; non ve ne pentirete!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very cosy apartment with terrace access, close to grocery store, beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, same as the bedrooms. Anything that you may need for cooking, you will find in the kitchen. Also you have a place for barbecue if needed. If we would come back in San Vito, probably we will contact again Ignazia.

Irene’s apartment felt really special and was in a great part of Palermo - central but not in the hustle and bustle. It had great cafes near by and was walkable to every major tourist attraction. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couples visiting Palermo and I would love to stay again myself. Thank you Irene!

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

Super accueil de la part de Luca. Il restera actif, très agréable et vous donnera tous les conseils des incontournables du coin. Logement bien placé, proche de l'avenue principale et très bien aménagé. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin ! Merci pour l'accueil, bonne continuation

L' alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, facile da raggiungere e Vincenza una persona sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L' alloggio è in un punto strategico , esattamente vicino al porto e al corso centrale; purtroppo c'è un pub sotto che con la musica fino a notte fonda potrebbe creare disagio, chiudendo le finestre si isola molto il rumore ma bisogna a quel punto tenere l' aria condizionata accesa anche di notte. A prescindere da questo, consiglierei di soggiornarvi e ci tornerei volentieri.

Übernachten auf Erice (besiedelt schon 6. Jh. v. Chr.) ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. In der Nebensaison ist sie vor allem nachts zum Teil eine Geisterstadt, es gibt aber ausreichend Infrastruktur, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants. Tagsüber wird sie von Touristen belagert, die oftmals nicht ausreichend Zeit haben, sie ganz zu erkunden und auf bestimmten Pfaden bleiben. Ich habe nicht nur Erice, sondern den Berg von allen Seiten bewandert, es gibt im Frühling wunderschöne Natur rundherum und gut gepflegte Wanderrouten. Die Wohnung wirkt vielleicht etwas altmodisch und das Steinhaus ist etwas frisch, aber alles vorhanden, angenehm und die große Dachterrasse ein Bonus. Die Gastgeberin ist verlässlich, reagiert schnell, hilfreich und ist ein Superhost. Sie gab alles, damit mir nichts fehlte und holte mich ab, wann immer es nötig war.

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft, schön eingerichtet! Auch super, um remote zu arbeiten. Attilio hat immer schnell reagiert. Die Granatapfelbäume, der Pool und die Terrasse waren herrlich. Bei der Lage kann man nur leider gar nichts ab der Tür zu Fuß unternehmen und ist auf ein Auto angewiesen!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

Arianna ist herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist großartig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof und doch mitten in der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés etc. konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein idealer Ort um Palermo zu erkunden und gleichzeitig auch Erholung zu finden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Le logement est très spacieux ! La vue sur le balcon est incroyable surtout au moment du coucher du soleil ! L'hôte est de très bon conseil pour les visites et commerces. Très bonne adresse !

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement situé dans un quartier à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique, rénové récemment, des bouteilles d'eau fraîches dans le réfrigérateur nous attendaient ainsi que du café, du thé et des gâteaux mis à disposition

Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane, w ścisłym centrum starego miasta. Mieszkanie idealnie się nadaje dla dwóch lub więcej osób, posiada dwie niezależne sypialnie i łazienki. Wielką zaletą jest przestronny taras. Pomieszczenia pomimo wizyty w lutym były bardzo ciepłe. Lucia jest bardzo ciepłą i przyjazną osobą. Kontakt z nią był świetni. Poleciła nam największe atrakcje miasta czy to gdzie najlepiej zostawić samochód. Była bardzo pomocna i chętnie wróciłbym przy kolejnej wizycie w Trapani.
