We booked this house to hold all of the groomsmen for our wedding! This house had plenty of space! The house itself was absolutely stunning in every way possible. None of the guys wanted to head back to Chattanooga they were truly in love with it! They all went kayaking and cooked us up a nice dinner. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on the lake. The property has direct access to the water and the reflection of that water at night made the stars brighter. The host was always available for any help at all. She was truly a blessing!!

Amazing location, very close to all tourist spots. Very clean home; it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood seems a little bit scary; a few houses nearby down the hill had garbage, old cars, etc., right in the front yard, but they didn't bother us, so it's okay. I just don't recommend walking there in the evening. The house is well equipped; I only missed the pizza pan. So we liked this place, thank you for hosting us!

We loved it here! The location was beautiful but the host and accommodations were superior. Ansley was a wonderful host. The weather got bad and she checked in to make sure we were ok. Even gave us a small refund due to the power outage that we didn’t ask for because we loved the place so much! She was very accommodating and quickly responded to all messages. We WILL be staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is a charming lakeside home in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the historic downtown. Our hosts were so communicative and responsive. We were in excellent hands and appreciated our stay.

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

Just book it. This charming lake house has a number of great features we loved. Spacious 1st floor offers great open design with easy use of large modern kitchen, comfortable sectional, expansive lake views and generous common area. Outdoor patio has plenty of seating (incl cozy daybed), glass rock propane fire pit & grill; and additional wood burning fire pit steps from the lake. Second floor has roomy master suite w/sitting area, fabulous tub & shower and private outdoor patio overlooking Tims Ford Lake. The spiral staircase connects to lower patio for easy external access. Additional three bedrooms are well appointed, too, and garage comfortably housed Range Rover. All of these areas were very inviting and enjoyed. Gated neighborhood less than 1-mile to Main Square for dining at Filo's, coffee at Walnut Hill & Barre Fly Fitness for yoga. Best part meeting Christie--a wonderful woman doing incredible work in the world. Thank you for hosting, Christie.

Great spot right on the lake. The dock is right off the deck and it was great with our 4 year old. They had kayaks available, toys, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Host was super responsible and helpful. We had a great weekend!

This tiny home was absolutely perfect! The home itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There were lots of little thoughtful details in the home. The view was unmatched! We loved the wall of windows with double open sliding glass doors and the screened in porch with the magnificent view of the lake. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Our host Elizabeth was very proactive with helpful hints and instructions. She was also very responsive anytime we reached out to her with questions. I would highly recommend this tiny home for your next getaway. We will definitely be back!

Hands down, one of our favorite places. The kids wanted to do something other than Florida. What kind of kid says that? so we came to Chattanooga, something closer to home. We had an absolute blast and the kids loved it better than Florida. We will be back. Thank you for making this such a memorable vacay ❤️

By far, one of my favorite places to stay!! You couldn’t ask for a more beautifully designed space, with every last detail considered. We are already making plans to come back in the fall.

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️

We enjoyed our stay very much in the cabin! The area was quiet, remote and just what we wanted.

Feel like we got the star treatment…arrived later than expected so we got a Gator ride to the falls with a personal tour.

Absolutely fabulous spot. Very comfortable home. Private nice inside and out. Loved the property and could have easily settled in for a long time. Pretty good ride to a grocery store but not horrible. A few minor maintenance issues that I am sure will be resolved. Refrigerator failed just before we got there but an adequate replacement was provided prior to our arrival. Hope to return again!

This was one of our favorite stays ever. The host was very accommodating. The cabin was so beautiful and clean. It came equipped with everything that we needed. The property was secluded and the private lake was gorgeous. My 4 year old grandson caught his first fish. That will forever be one of my favorite memories.

Mrs. P's place was absolutely amazing and a rare place to find. I looked at 3 different states for a rental by the lake but Mrs. P's property was the only property that offered what I was looking for. I contacted Mrs. P with questions & she immediately responded so I was able to book the same day. The house is to itself offering seclusion and privacy, which is my biggest want. The house was extremely clean which is always a plus with a child that's extremely allergic to dust mites. The house had plenty of room & Mrs. P made a awesome child "hangout" space that my daughter absolutely loved. We enjoyed fishing from the docks, walking the trail alongside the creek that runs through the property, sitting outside during the mornings watching the ducks & geese, which seem to hangout at Mrs. P's every morning we were there. Mrs. P had extras available, like a canoe, kayaks, games, smores. Mrs. P's oasis was worth every penny & a stay you will never forget. ONLY regret- not staying longer.
