A lovely place to stay! Everything was very clean and the view from the place was absolutely beautiful! Downtown Gatlinburg is very close and there’s plenty to do! We had a great time. Would definitely go back here if we’re ever in the area again!

Very cute and spacious! It was actually a little bigger than I expected and way more up-to-date, than the pictures make it seem! There was even five blueberry muffins for each guest we had staying 🥰

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

This place was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a nice view, while still being close enough to the parkway and all of its activities. All rooms within the home were very clean. We have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for the NP and Gatlinburg exploring. Very short walk to the action. The condo is nicely appointed and very clean. I mean… the sheets were soft and smelled great! Pillows were fluffy and the mattress was VERY comfortable. Kitchen and bath… spotless. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks for caring for your property and keeping it updated and clean.

This is our 6th stay and as always we felt right at home! Super clean, everything you might need during your stay… we like to cook at home and the kitchen is so well equipped that we aren’t want for anything! The back patio is our favorite spot morning, noon and night ♥️

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

We loved the location so close to Baker Creek Preserve and multiple restaurants to walk to! When we come back to Knoxville, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home & very clean .. looks exactly like the pictures .. they offer a lot of amenities so you’ll feel right at home. The communication was great…The weather was beautiful .. it was 6 of us with (2 kids included). Big yard out back w/ a grill which we were able to use ..but due to our son being autistic & safety reasons we didn’t let him play out back .. besides that we would definitely recommend this house or stay again , you won’t be disappointed

Our stay at Loriel and Adam's cabin was amazing! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further! 10/10 would recommend! We hope to get back here in the future.

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

My gf and I had a great stay at Ferns beautiful condo. This place was very clean, felt very homey, and is also within walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough good things about Fern himself, with the recommendations on what to do, and ensuring all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond as a host.

I left a five star review, because the host was very accommodating and understanding of a situation that was out of his control. We had a homeless man hanging around the entrance when we went to check in and made the ladies staying in the unit alone not comfortable. The building has no trespassing signs and this is just something you risk being in the city. The host was very accommodating and understanding and took care of us.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Gabriel was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

My family and I loved staying at Razvan’s place. It was like home away from home. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!
