This property was very cleaned and had all things needed to live like it’s your own home. I was able I cook and do my Laundry at ease. I will book again when I visit Perth again.

Beautiful house, peaceful location and very well equipped. Emma's place was perfect for our family's short stay in Subiaco. The three double bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery to have visitors stay for dinner. Both bathrooms were neat and tidy.

Fantastic family home, amazing quiet location but easy to access anything you need. The pool is amazing, the house is full of the right things, great BBQ, coffee machine, cooking utencils and everything a small family needs. This place is big and we enjoyed our stay.

Ideal place for what we needed, close to where we needed to go and be.. Would definitely come back if back in Perth..

The house - This was a wonderful house for a group, which included a large dining area, small outdoor grass yard and separate living area in a cottage built in 1901. There is air conditioning throughout and a well-appointed kitchen. There's a large shower, bath and washing machine. Location - Right outside is a gorgeous cafe and small grocery store (Wholefood Circus), bottle shop and bus stop with frequent service (number 24). The larger supermarkets and the restaurant strip on Rokeby Road are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Daglish Station is a 15 minute walk or a short ride on the 24 bus. We hired bikes from About Bike Hire in East Perth (10 km away) and road on bike paths all the way to and from the house in about 40 minutes (except for the last little bit on quiet suburban streets). We enjoyed running through King's Park, along the river & through the grounds of UWA. The hosts - Everything worked out great, from booking and check-in to departure. We will stay again.

Gorgeous house, in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned it is their home, so there are a few random things in the kitchen draws, mismatched glasses etc, however I would highly recommend the house if you have kids. Ours loved the pool, trampoline and toys and didn’t want to leave the house. Great to be able to walk down to the Main Street of Subiaco.

Great house by the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The front and back yards are lovely spots to sit and have a drink in the arvo. Thanks for a great stay Mauro.

I'm really glad I chose Gail's accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short drive or bus ride to the beaches and within walking distance of a small shopping centre. The place itself is comfortable and cosy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Gail is a wonderful and accommodating host. I’d definitely recommend it!
