What a beautiful home! It’s hard to even describe the view. It’s so, so beautiful! Greta location, central to everything we needed access to. The onsite restaurants were great and everyone we met was so kind. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The charm of the Hideaway is the quiet, remote location. The views are spectacular! The beach is very private with lounge chairs and a pergola - we were the only ones there! The open-air dining area is spacious and we loved being able to look out at sea while eating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a cool experience. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple meals, including a blender for frozen island drinks. :-) Filtered water and an ice-maker in the fridge were key. Libby was a great host - very communicative, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We did end up renting a Jeep since it is a bit far from from Great Harbour and the roads are very steep, but Foxy's Taboo is a short 1-mile walk down the road and their food is excellent. I do recommend bringing some provisions with you so you don't have to make the trek back to town because once you're there, you won't want to leave!

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Elysium for our February vacation. The pool was a nice feature, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The view of Fish Bay was a highlight—really beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. Five stars from us!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. We loved our week long stay at Pressure Drop! We were a family of four with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old, plus our au pair. The set up was great, and Jean had a pack and play and blow up twin mattress for the kids. The house was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We liked having the separate living and sleeping quarters so whoever got up early with kids could let everyone else sleep. The pool was also a great size for our kids with a shallower end where the older one could stand. We also loved how close the house is to Maho and the north shore beaches. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but that’s not uncommon for St John. The only downside

Nice place. Great view. Easy to get to, only about 1 minute up the hill. Host and local contact were very responsive with the few questions that we had. Overall we enjoyed it, fit our family of 3 nicely.

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

The condo is brand new! Great modern design. No clutter in the house. Very clean. Nora and Bruce were great hosts and easy to work with. The pool is shared by the other few units in the building, and clean, and about 7’x20’, but we were the only ones in the pool when we wanted to use it. The unit is very walkable in less than 15 minutes to all of Cruz Bay shops and restaurants, which is great because parking in the Buisness district is difficult. The condo is located in the same port as the car ferry and you can see both the port water and the ocean from the unit, great view. The immediate area is a mix of industrial and local residential housing. There is a combo washer/dryer for small loads that each took 3 hrs. Chairs and cooler availible. The national park and beaches are either a drive or taxi ride away. The beaches had clear water and great snorkeling! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the unit to others and consider staying there if we were to go again.

Great hosts! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the island and everything to do on it. Beautiful villa and view. Provides you with everything you need. Wonderful place to stay and will return again if we come back to the island!

Periwinkle was a wonderful beachy island getaway! The fun open air layout made our trip even more unique. The views of Coral Bay from the pool, deck, and screened in living space were gorgeous at sunrise and sunset. The beds were comfortable and a wonderful place to stretch out after a long day of beach visits. Periwinkle was a fun and exciting first stop for our vacation!

We are a family of six including mom and dad two grandparents in their late 60s early 70s a six-year-old girl and a three-year-old son. We truly loved having Villa Naku as our homebase for a week of exploration of the BVI’s. It is very private and remote way out on the tip and rogues Baypoint quite a trek to get out there by the end of the week you eventually get used to it you 1000% need a rental car SUV with four-wheel-drive. The house is quite big and we thought we had plenty of space. The bathrooms were all great and well appointed and spacious with soap, conditioner and shampoo. The beds and pillows were comfortable and very clean. Rogues Bay is almost like a private beach. It was definitely one of our favorites. There were only two other people on the beach entire day. The pool was too cold to really use much at all even for the kids - it is quite cool and windy up on the point even with all the morning and mid day sunshine so probably tough to heat it up much. Such a great time!

Our stay at Villa Helios was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a bright, airy, and impeccably clean space. The layout was perfect as it provided each of us with a private bedroom and bath. The villa was well stocked allowing us to enjoy meals at home with ease. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The location was unbeatable! The views were gorgeous and we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. We loved the quieter side of the island, but still enjoyed great meals and live music in Coral Bay. Alec and Nancy were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and making us feel right at home. We truly appreciated their attention to detail. We created some wonderful memories and we can't wait to return next year!

This place is really gorgeous and has incredible views from the wrap around windows. A real pleasure to wake up to every morning. We didn’t know much about the island when booking but very happy we chose this area. Felt a little more like a local vibe and more quiet and relaxing. But never too far away from places that were more lively and full of people. Really convenient for a day trip to St John as well. Overall great house and an amazing location. We had some island-related mishaps that Fernando had no control over but he was very responsive and was as helpful as possible given the situation. Would recommend again!

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

Paige’s villa was a beautiful place, the view was the best I’ve ever seen overlooking St.John and surrounding island’s.The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool area and beach were clean and beautiful and never felt over crowded as you could always find a nice place to sit and relax and take in the views.I highly recommend Paige’s place , it is paradise!!!

Our family of four, with two teens truly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in St. John. The Villa is the perfect spot with a stunning view of Coral Bay. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the villa and all the ammenities. The outdoor patio and pool were our favorite places to hang out. There was plenty of space to gather as a family and also have some much needed personal space. Everything was amazing, from the communication from John, and his two property managers we had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Blue Palm Villa!

The place was wonderful! Loved the private pool. Super private space overall! Bed was extra comfortable. The space itself was gorgeous. We will miss the garden shower so much! Easy walk to sapphire beach. Huge plus is having a back up generator - most places on the island do not have this and you could be stuck without power for hours. Had a minor repair and Philip was quick to respond and repair. I would highly highly recommend this stay! Checks all The boxes. We had an amazing time in the beautiful condo.
