Great spot only minutes from Cruz Bay. There’s a single parking spot that takes a little work to fit into but it’s sufficient. Good house for our family of 4 (2 teens). GREAT views from the back deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would suggest darker curtains in the bedrooms as the current ones don’t keep out any light. Bed linens could be upgraded. Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! I booked Jon's seaside villa for mine and my wife's 10th anniversary, my 50th birthday and my daughter's 8th birthday almost a year ago and we couldn't wait for the arrival day. It was totally worth the wait. After a 3 hour Delta delay out of Atlanta, we got to the island late with our initial plans blown up. After getting off at the ferry dock with all of our luggage, we were tired, hungry and mentally shot. We started walking to the cabin with all of our bags and realized that was a mistake. I texted Jon to see if he could help. He quickly responded and he and Nancy came to our rescue. Won't get into the details, but they swooped in and quickly made us feel like friends. Something we'll never forget. Now for the villa. Words can't describe the beauty your eyes see from inside the house. Your front lawn is the Caribbean Sea. Open the sliding glass doors and you hear nothing but waves crashing. And yes, the pictures on the listing are very accurate. Can't wait to go back!!!

Jon and his team were incredibly supportive in helping us prepare in advance for our trip and our extended 3 generation family set up at the house, as well as any questions and requests during our stay. The house and setup were perfect for us, and our 12-day stay absolutely blissful. We enjoyed walks to the beach as much as leisurely floats in the infinity pool. If you leave with anything, it will be the distant calming sound of surf and the 180 views. We can’t wait to go back.

What a view! Clean, nice cottage. Bed was comfy. Kitchen has what you need and some extras. The deck was a great way to start and end the day. There was some extra reef friendly sunscreen. Appreciated that! Great place to spend a week. Hummingbirds were cute. Made me happy to see them every day.

Shira’s place is exactly as described. It is very much like local living, simple yet comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We absolutely loved staying here! We just wanted a nice relaxing place on the beach. This location was awesome! The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. The unit was updated, super clean & spacious. Also very close to many places to eat that had great food. We even booked an excursion that left from the Sapphire Marina just a 10min walk away. Amazing experience! (Breakaway) Host were always very responsive to our questions no matter what time we sent message. Would we stay here again? Absolutely YES! Note: There is no laundry in the unit but there is one on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s! It’s near Sapphire Beach so the area is beautiful. Her place was a perfect fit for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Thomas!

Speaking of location the views every morning are amazing and you are close enough to Cruz Bay for convenience but peaceful at the same time. Parking available which is extremely helpful if you are renting a car while on the island. 10/10 recommend

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great stay with a very short walk to sapphire resort including a couple of restaurants and great beach views.

We had an amazing stay, thanks to Candice! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and took the time to walk us through all the details of the house, making sure we felt right at home. Not only was the home exactly as described, but Candice also went above and beyond by sharing the best spots to visit in St. Thomas, which made our trip even more special. Her communication was seamless throughout our stay—she was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We also ran into a minor issue with our booking, and Candice handled it professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly.

We had a great visit at Mayling's place! It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a wonderful vacation. She reached out with check-in instructions prior to our arrival and all communication was easy & friendly. A big plus was being able to walk into Cruz Bay for dinner & shopping! We would be happy to stay again.

Very nice condo with everything you need. Restaurants, beach with walking distance. As it is in gated community we felt very safe. Lots of beach accessories provided . There was a electricity outrage but it's on whole island and we understood its nothing on owner side to blame. We enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Alexia's Airbnb was topnotch!! The home was beautiful with everything I could ask for that made my birthday week a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. But the most AMAZING part of the condo was the stunning view of the bay. It was pure joy to wake up every morning sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and my kindle to start my day. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

10/10 stay! Deb and Rob had everything you could think of. They were always super responsive & cared about your stay. All of their recommendations were spot on! Perfect size for 2 people. Awesome location!! The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the room or you can drive 2-3 min to the main sapphire beach access and plenty of parking there. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance. (1 directly beside the condo) 2 that also service coffee/breakfast. You are super close (maybe 5 minutes) from town/red hook & ferry to St. John. Sapphire & Lindquist are 2 of the best beaches and the condo is right by them. Moes market (grocery in red hook), red hook food - Hookd & tarpon table were great! There is a pool directly beside condo. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time! We would definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends!

We loved our stay at Emily's. The house is cozy, clean and the nice thing easy parking (I know sounds silly, but I just realized how important it is when you travel to St. Thomas). The place is close to the restaurants, good for someone like me who doesn't like to cook when traveling. Emily is so nice and her instruction was pretty clear, so we can find the place pretty easy 👍😊

Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

This stay was really nice for my bday …me and my husband had plenty of room everything was nice from the walk to the beach to the onsite resturant … The host was nice and let us check in early and check out 15 mins late he was very flexible . He contacted me days earlier because it was construction and he offered up options but he ended up moving us to another one of his updated units … We where in walking distance of the beach but a quick drive to redhook strip..I would highly recommend. And he DOES have a body mirror in the unit (that I asked for)

Heidi's place definitely has location going for it. It's on the beach and there is a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant right there. It's right by the marina where you can go parasailing and jetskiiing. There is also another restaurant past the marina. A few minutes down the road you'll find Red Hook which has restaurants and shops. You can also get the ferry to St.John there. In the other direction a few minutes away you'll find other restaurants as well as Coki and Lindquist beaches. If you don't have a rental car you can find lots on premises and very close. The place itself has everything you could need- fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, sunscreen, fans, toiletries.. Would definitely recommend for all of the above reasons!
