This condo was perfect for a family vacation. Amy was a great communicator leading up to the trip...she was proactive about travel instructions, check-in process, and even offered to help coordinate local activities. The space was clean and as-described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and pool, making it easy for our group to come up/down at our own pace. The condo was a quick drive (5 min) to the Red Hook area, where there were plenty of restaurants to check out. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. The condo was spacious and so comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and kind. We had two kiddos with us and the unit was very accommodating to their needs. The beach was walkable and quiet. The pool and restaurants were so close and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property is wonderful. The resort staff is amazing, the room was perfect, and everything we wanted to do was only a taxi cab ride (or short walk) away. We will definitely look for Janee’s place again when we come back to St. Thomas!

a little tough to find in the rain and dark, but the location is excellent and it's the end unit on the beach next to the restaurant. the convenience and proximity to the east end goings on was excellent. theres also a bunch of snorkeling equipment, bug spray, sunscreen , etc thats left from other guests. again, super handy.

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John. We were greeted and welcomed and helped every step of the way! We loved the view and the deck and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenage daughters. We made special memories together and we will be back!

enjoyed every minute at meritage! You barely hear traffic there, just waves and nature.. spectacular views and privacy..I was on the balcony every chance I had just staring off into the distance.. so relaxing! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close enough to cruz bay for dinner etc, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. They have a bigger house right next store that I was worried would be loud, but honestly barely heard them. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit if available!

That was a great stay, nice views, and very close to beach. Note that it is a murphy bed / pull down bed.

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Having access to the Westin and all of its amenities definitely came in handy while traveling with kids. The Westin ferry is pricey but worth the cost if you want the easiest trip to/from airport to resort. While we did rented a car for on island exploring, it was great having the Westin approved safari taxis onsite for trips into Cruz bay where parking can be hard to find. The condo was well appointed and more than comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Brewers Bay… it had it all Private beach, unbelievable views, great snorkeling, all around an amazing Property loved the yard and the patios and everything about it. Definitely will be back. Home was clean and perfect for our family of four.

First of all, the hosts are amazing. Patricia followed up throughout my stay without “hovering.” Alphonso greeted me with patience (it was a long day of travel and my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders!) and a big smile. He suggested we get takeaway from Sebastian’s, an easy walk, before they closed for the evening. The food was delicious. The chicken wings are definitely hot…just as I hoped! Settling in was easy. I immediately felt relaxed especially on the porch listening to the neighborhood settle in and then for coffee the next morning. The beach at Apple Bay is clean, private, the water is stunning to look at and refreshing. Patricia and Alphonsos place is ideal for anyone who appreciates immersing themselves in an off the beaten path location. If you yearn to explore everything Tortola has to offer you can also rent a car directly with Alphonso.

Our stay at Stonehenge Cottage checked all the boxes - perfect location, beautiful surroundings, plenty of room for 5 adults, comfortable beds, and lots of amenities. The place is close to restaurants in Cruz Bay and there are 3 markets to pick up groceries and fresh fish for cooking at home. It is also close to the hiking trails and beaches on the south side of the island which are less populated and provide great snorkeling.

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

The place was excellent ! Dealt with some mosquitoes but the citronella worked fine once you lit it and generally kept the bugs away. My only critique would be for Mac to get a larger TV in the living room ! The driveway was difficult at first but manageable once you do it a few times. Awesome location near great beaches and restaurants!

We had a wonderful stay in St. John - this home had a wonderful view of the water and stars, and lots of room! The two separate apartments and kid’ sleeping loft are great for multiple groups. We only lacked a tv (it wasn’t clear this was missing) and a hairdryer. The lack of AC was a bit hard the first day, but the home cools down after the fans and breeze get going! We liked St. John island better than St. Thomas because the beaches were not crowded and the snorkeling was as good as scuba diving! Wish we would have booked more time here…! (Highly recommend South Haulover Bay for amazing snorkeling!)

This was our fifth year on the island and first stay with Steven’s property. Steven’s description of the apartment was accurate and detailed. Although small, the space was very homey and comfortable. Steven was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed! Lots of recommendations were made and the apartment is the perfect walkable distance to Cruz Bay for all dining and night life experiences you could want! The apartment was clean and well stocked for the needs of a week long stay! Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend booking with Steven!

Great week at the Westin Villa. Our family of 4 fit just fine in this studio. Nice to be a bit removed from the rest of the resort but an easy walk down the hill to any amenity we would need. We would rebook for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is incredible; the property even better. Super clean, peaceful, fantastic views everywhere you turn. The property is very private and set back a good bit from the road, but manages to not feel too remote. Other homes are visible yet we felt we were in our own world. Definitely need a Jeep or SUV to get to the property (and generally for STJ) - I would not walk anywhere from the home as the roads are very narrow and very unsafe for walkers. If we're lucky enough to get back to STJ, we'd absolutely look to stay here again!

Jackie was always very responsive with our questions leading up to the stay. Before arrival Tammy her PM reached out and was very helpful. Once we arrived we immediately felt at home. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. It was clean and the views from the wraparound porch is stunning. We are already planning next year's trip and will stay at Jackie's home again.

Bigger Splash was perfect for our group of 9 family members. We really enjoyed walking to the Baths and Spring Bay and eating many of our meals in the house. The living room has a spectacular view and the sunsets from the roof were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and brand new snorkeling equipment. The villa staff were very helpful and responsive.

Stunning views. Like stunning. Beautiful decks and a great pool. Easy to find (driveway right next to Colombo's) - steep but easy with a Jeep. No nearby neighbors so it's quiet and very peaceful. Did I mention the views? The house itself is two stories with the first story being under construction. The living space is all on the second floor which is entered by a stairway from the pool deck. The 'house deck' has two tables, two loungers and a grill. The grill works great. The bedrooms are adequately sized and perfect for our family of four. Washer and dryer are in a closet next to the kitchen which made it easy to do laundry. Kitchen was adequately supplied with most everything we needed. There are some minor updates that need to be made but overall the space more than met our needs. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes away and Coral Bay is about the same distance for groceries, restaurants, etc. Kristen was super responsive and easy to work with. Would happily book again!

We wish we were there right now! This home was exceptionally well supplied for our group of nine; plenty of dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, pots, and pans and towels (bath & beach), and beach equipment. We cooked all our dinners there, and the appliances all worked well. There was an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture by the pool where we loved sitting in the shade, looking out at the amazing view. The beds and sheets were also very comfortable. We did not use the air conditioning because there was a nice ocean breeze the whole time we were there. Emma was extremely responsive and helpful in all her communication. I would highly recommend a four-wheel-drive car to come down the steep and bumpy driveway.

What a beautiful place - the views were amazing. The location - astounding! The unit itself had everything we needed. Close to snorkeling and hiking. Be sure to rent a Jeep because the roads are steep and winding. We loved it!

Great place ! Separate bedrooms, 3 bathroom was great ! Close to the Cruise Bay . Kitchen had everything you need for cooking . Pool was a great bonus.. We came to St. John’s for great beaches and snorkeling… and we get it :)
