We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 6 giorni, Emilia ci ha permesso di fare un check-in prima, facendoci accogliere dal gentilissimo marito, ciò nonostante Emilia è venuta lo stesso per conoscerci, la cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sua discrezione, sembrava quasi che fosse lei a casa nostra, la casa è un sogno, la vista lago ti delizia gli occhi, è come stare in un albergo di lusso, con la comodità di essere a casa propria, la spiaggetta del lago è vicinissima a piedi, che dire ..grazie emilia... Super consigliato ...

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo trascorso del tempo piacevolissimo. Aveva tutto l’occorrente per stare benissimo. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza al piano inferire. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

Sur mes deux semaines en Italie (pour un total de 5 AirBnb), le logement d’Olivia a Colledimezzo est certainement celui qui a le plus l’effet WoW! Le logement, bien qu’ancien (ce qui fait tout son charme!) est très bien aménagé et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est situé sur le flanc de Colledimezzo qui donne une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. La terrasse est si agréable qu’il a été difficile de la quitter pour aller visiter les environs! De plus, les gens de Colledimezzo sont particulièrement chaleureux! Non seulement je recommanderais le logement d’Olivia mais lors de mon prochain voyage en Italie, je devrai absolument faire un détour par les Abruzzes pour y retourner!
