Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

El apartamento era coqueto, con todo lo necesario, muy agradable y cómodo, incluso con algunas cosas extras para ir a la playa, que estaba a un paso (esterilla, sombrilla..). Gracias a Valery por ser tan amable y atento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

Huoneisto oli aivan ihana, ja isoista ikkunoista avautui suoraan upea merimaisema. Majoituksessa oli 5 makuuhuonetta ja iso yhteinen tila, joten paikka soveltuu hyvin useammallekin perheelle ja sukupolvelle. Tulisin mielelläni uudelleen. Rosa oli todella ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hyvin

Es un apartamento muy comodo y limpio, en un buen lugar con anfitriones muy amables. Lo recomiendo.

todo lo que expongamos por aquí se queda corto, el apartamento muy chulo, todo de 10, limpieza, ubicación, utensilios etc, zona muy tranquila, que tiene absolutamente de todo, Ahora bien, Emilio, el propietario, encontrarse personas así en la vida, es muy difícil, una maravilla de persona, en todos los sentidos, cualquier calificativo se queda pequeño, me llevo un amigo de santa pola, desprende alegría, confianza, y una energía fantástica, repetiremos seguro, gracias por todo!!!

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We zijn bekend in deze omgeving en zochten een huis met privacy en rustige omgeving. Met zijn tweetjes werden we verwelkomd door een grote villa met reusachtige tuin. Volledig afgesloten met een grote afgesloten oprit. De schone moderne keuken was compleet en wat een geweldig uitzicht. Het riante zwembad was medio april nog wat koud maar met zonnetje pootje baden. Aanrader voor mensen die van rust houden maar lopend binnen 10 minuten in gezellige centrum met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Auto is wel een advies. Kortom een vakantie adres die wij in onze agenda hebben staan.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

From booking through to checking out of the property, Roland was an exceptional host; and Roland’s representative Elly was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would book again if we ever find ourselves in La Marina.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Super appartement idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La pièce de vie est très lumineuse avec une jolie décoration. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir cuisiner. Nous avons également apprécié le lave-linge séchant. Les chambres sont à l'arrière du logement, sur cour, donc c'est très calme pour dormir, parfait ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.
