Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Torre La Mata

El apartamento esta muy bien, prolijo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos dejaron muy lindos detalles como un vinito, agua, cookies, cafecito. La vista del apartamento es impresionante, mi lugar favorito era en el sillón al lado de la ventana. El color del agua. La tranquilidad. Fuimos en marzo, asique habia muy poca gente. A 500 metros habia lugares para comer y supermercados. No nos queriamos ir.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Justo lo que necesitabamos, pequeño pero confortable. Cerca a la playa y piscina. Contestaba enseguida a nuestras inquietudes. Seguro que volveremos. Gracias

Both Liz and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie’s . It was as described, close to the beach, restaurants , pubs.A wonderfully comfortable place to stay and very safe and secure.The roof terrace was the icing on the cake, a fantastic place to hang out in the evening with a glass of wine. We will be booking again in the future.

Die Wohnung ist wie in dem Inserat beschrieben, mit tollem Balkon und Dachterasse. Es war alles sehr gut gereinigt mit Ausnahme der Pfannen. Das liegt jedoch nicht am Reinigungspersonal, das gute Arbeit leistet, sondern am Vormieter. Die Wohnung liegt nach Süden. Dies ist besonders im Januar/Februar toll, da es dadurch immer schön warm in den Räumen war. Die Kommunikation mit Lars sowie check in als auch check out war super. Da bei weitem nicht alle Ferienwohnungen in der Nachbarschaft belegt waren, war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die 4 Wochen sehr genossen.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

todo perfecto. apartamento en zona tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. la playa nada más cruzar la calle. la piscina te salva cuando hay bandera roja si tienes niños. y el garaje también es un gran añadido.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Moises.Celui-ci est propre , agréable et bien situé. Je félicite notre hôte Moises qui est très réactif lorsqu’on lui envoie un message.Cela est très rassurant. Pour notre première location sur Airbnb cela a été très agréable.Merci Moises.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

La casa como se enseña en el anuncio, ubicación perfecta si busca tranquilidad y desconexión, al lado de la playa y si vas con tus perretes lo disfrutarás el doble, al lado de locales de comida, la casa impecable, volveremos a repetir.

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

New, well maintained property with a heated swiming pool. We had a nice stay, communication was good all the way.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

Great host, very responsive initiating check in on how stay was going. Lovely quiet location, yet walking distance to shops and beach, well equipped and ……rarely found ……good living space inside as well as outside. Highly recommended!

Tres bel appartement ainsi qu’une jolie résidence. Idéal pour les familles. Pour l’emplacement l’idéal est d’avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer dans les grandes villes aux alentours. Je recommande sans problème ! Merci pour l’accueil et votre réactivité.

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. Herzlichen Dank auch an Aga.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava, kaksi makuuhuonetta kolmella kylpyhuoneella. Näkymät aavalle merelle melkein oman ison parvekkeen alla, johon aurinko paistoi aamusta alkaen pitkälle iltapäivään. Sijainti hyvä rauhallisella Los Logos -rannalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.

Mieszkanie idealne dla większej liczby osób .Dwie łazienki,w których był szampon i płyn pod prysznic,duża kuchnia i duży salon oraz taras z pięknym widokiem na palmy,plażę i morze.DOKŁADNIE TAKIE JAK NA ZDJĘCIACH .W mieszkaniu jest tv,internet ,odkurzacz,pralka ,zmywarka oraz dwa łóżeczka dla niemowląt a nawet zabawki na plażę .W kuchni wystarczająca ilość naczyń i sztućców ,czajnik elektryczny ,piekarnik ,mikrofalówka i inne potrzebne drobiazgi. Bardzo pomocna okazała się opiekunka czyli miła Pani ALENA,która przekazywała nam klucze. Była punktualnie o ustalonej godzinie .Zorganizowała też pościel do łóżeczek dla niemowląt. Była z nami w stałym kontakcie na whats app, odpisywała natychmiast. Jeśli będę planować pobyt w Santa Pola chętnie skorzystam z oferty Thomasa i będzie mi miło współpracować po raz kolejny z Aleną .

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here, the apartment was lovely with everything you would need in the kitchen. The garden was great, it got the sun most of the day and was perfect for lounging, we had some nice walks along the beach front, we also hired a car and this apartment came with an underground parking space which was ideal. A really great stay to unwind and relax, we would definitely book again. Many thanks :)
