Casa in una posizione perfetta perché centrale Daniele ci ha fatto sentire a casa, il più attento e gentile tra gli host. E’ stato sempre disponibile ad uni nostra richiesta e ci ha viziato con i prodotti tipici del posto. Una persona veramente speciale! Sono stati 10 giorni perfetti Grazie ancora

très chouette appartement au cœur de Cagliari, une très belle terrasse, un appartement fonctionnel, des hôtes discrets mais à l écoute et serviables. nous recommandons la location d Alberto et Franscesca. 🤩

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. È stato un soggiorno stupendo dalla casa di Anna. Siamo stati accolti generosamente e con dolcezza. Era un vero piacere di ascoltare le sue storie. La casa è un piccolo paradiso con un punto di vista incredibile dal balcone e una anima tutta particolare. L’appartamento è situato perfettamente tra il centro, i ristoranti, la vecchia città ma è in una zona molto tranquilla. Grazie Anna.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Casetta tipica, curata in ogni dettaglio. Giardino stupendo, un oasi di pace e serenità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung von Marisa ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig. Es ist an einer Straße gelegen und es war vom Schlafzimmer aus schon teilweise laut an der Straße. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto e pulitissimo. La posizione è in pieno centro vicinissima a ristoranti, caffè e tutto quello che può servire. Vicinissimo anche alla stazione e alla fermata dei bus, per cui si può facilmente raggiungere anche altre destinazioni, e ci si arriva facilmente dall’aeroporto. Gianfranco è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile, ci ha permesso di fare un check-in anticipato e ci ha dato un sacco di suggerimenti utili. Lo raccomando decisamente!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Valentiny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Valentina czekała na nas i osobiście powitała nas chociaż było to w nocy. Jednocześnie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, a także potrzebnych wskazówek o ciekawych miejscach do zobaczenia w Cagliari. Prawie codziennie kontaktowała się z nami, aby przekonać się czy wszystko w porządku. Miejsce tuż przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym jest wyjątkowo spokojne, blisko do centrum i na dworzec. W domu jest winda, co ułatwia poruszanie się. Żałujemy, że tak szybko minął nasz pobyt u Valentiny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić Cagliari.

Great location, right by pickup spots for tours and a lot of restaurants nearby. Enrica was very responsive. Very happy with this place.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad op Sardinië, vriendelijke behulpzame host, reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement heeft geen woonkamer binnen, maar wel een groot terras.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
