Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on Deep Creek 200mt along a lovely bush track to the beach. 15 min walk to cafes and shops. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.

Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
